[Resolved] Voltas — Didn't receive Voltas AC AMC document one month after paying the money | |||
I paid money for AMC on 2nd February. Today is 8th February. More than one month over but I haven't received the AMC document. After calling customer care they told me DSC company is handling my AMC. I called them twice once the representative told me their server is down & she would call me back in 4 hours but I didn't receive any call in a day & then again next day I called them & the representative told me he would inform me on today. But I haven't received any information from them.
