Voltas — Escalation on Providing a bad AC service

Hello Team,
Not sure if this complaint will reach out to the Senior director or not. But this is to inform you that voltas customer service center is providing a worst service. Its been a 40+ days team haven’t fixed the issues yet. Sandesh from Mangolpuri bransh Phase 1 is not giving appropriate answers to the customer and his way to tackling the issues is worst ever. I would urge the Viltas CEO to hire skill full people instead of hiring low wage and unskilled people at work.
This is a non-sense service provided to us. They don’t understand the severity of the case. Hopeless people and there services
