I am helpless to resolve this issue. No one is responding to my complaint. Try to call call centre, Ankur thaker [area service manager, voltas], Yes electronic Mr. Yash Mehta [your service provider] but no one's is picking up the call or nor responding to my complaint.
I think I have made big mistake by purchasing voltas AC with extended warranty.
Need your support to look into this matter and do the needful.
