I registered a complaint at 09:25 am on 22.04.2023 for repair of my windows AC. Despite 6 calls (out of 34 attempted calls), no technician has turned up. This is poor service. They charge exorbitant price for spare parts and not doing it for free. The entire weekend was wasted calling these unprofessional people.
Voltas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Despite the delay, the technician was good. He explained the issue and charges in detail. That's why I always prefer repair by company technicians rather than the local ones.

    I Book an AC repair through Voltas customer care number on 17/4/23 and received Req no [protected]..one technician arrived and take away IDU main pcv for repair same day with Rs 650/-visiting charge...that after till now my AC is not repair and technician not attending the phone or not replying my WhatsApp message also ..
    I tried again & again daily through customer care service or technician suggested number by customer care...but nothing to be done.

    Plz suggest me what to be done?

      I have made a service request with No [protected] and now its almost 2 weeks and there is no response from the service centre and they are not even answering my calls. It is the worst service experience ever in my life. And now i have no choice other than buying another good brand AC.

      Now I got a msg that my service request is resolved and i didnt even got a call or visit by the technician and my problem still exists. What kind of service center is this and how can we expect such bad behavior from this type of brand and is totally unacceptable.

                Re : Window Inverter AC – Gas leakage problem after routine servicing

                I have purchased above said AC on 16.04.2022. As per the recommendations first service was done last year and second service performed on 26.03.2023 wherein on the insistence of service engineer we have got coating after payment Rs.500 to protect the AC from leakage. We have been told not to use the AC for about 4-5 hrs till the time coating is dried. We have not used AC as weather conditions were also not allowing so. On 15.04.2023 we switched on the AC and surprised to observe that it’s not cooling. It is important to inform that AC was working/cooling perfectly before the service and coating.

                We have lodged complaint on 15.04.2023 and after three days your engineer visited and informed “Gas has leaked and he is escalating the complaint for redressal. Today is 21.04.2023 there is no information when your service team will make a note and close the complaint after doing the needful. We have made phone calls to your customer care number and also to the service engineer who came to attend the complaint but all in vain.

                It is pity that we have bought a product/ AC for our convenience after spending so much of money. It seem manufacturer (VOLTAS) have cheated us and take it granted to provide service with their own convenient without seeing the customer’s convenience. I feel we have been given a faulty product whose life span is just for one year. I strongly request to address the complaint immediately and get problem solved with an immediate effect. If you are unable to provide timely service, pick the unit/ AC from our house and refund the full amount paid to you.

                Your urgent attention in the matter will be highly appreciated.

                  Quality of voltas ac and services are extremely pathetic, I have 2year old ac, which had an issue with compressor, and voltas made it annoyingly difficult and kept on delaying service reason it being under warranty and the date was nearby.
                  Every single employe visit is extremely disappointing and they don't leave without taking a picture of codes which are supposed to be private for customers.
                  I have to refill the gas three times now within the time span of 2 years, they intentionally leave the valve loose even after constant checking. And just focus on building the bill amount. During the service of another product of same brand, a part was broken by them, instead of taking accountability, they put the blame on previous service, the fact being that that product was new and was serviced for the very first time

                      Dear Team,
                      This is to inform you that we had registered the complaint for my faulty AC on last Friday and my service request number is [protected]. Engineer visited my place and after diagnos, he found cooling issue in AC. They said that tomorrow or day after tomorrow they will resolve the issue.

                      But till date my problem not resolved and no one response my calls.

                      Voltas is a big brand and as a brand it is your responsibilities to complete the call on time. It's been almost four days but the problem is still not resolved.

                      It's really very bad experience with Voltas regarding services. I am using other brand also but i am not facing this type of pathetic service which is provided by you.

                      As a brand, it is their responsibility to provide prompt service but their service toll free number not responding my calls as well as mails.

                      In Future, I would not suggest any one to procure Voltas products. Please improve your services.

                        I am writing to formally complain about the air conditioner that I purchased from your company. From the day of the purchase and installation, there has been a fault in the coil of the unit, which has resulted in poor performance and discomfort. We have been registering service requests for the past three years, but your service agent has been lying to us about the condition of the air conditioner.

                        Despite regular servicing, we were never informed about the fault in the coil, and your service agent has consistently assured us that the unit was in good condition and did not require any major repairs. This misinformation has caused us great inconvenience and dissatisfaction.

                        We are demanding a full replacement of the air conditioner, as it is clear that the fault was present from the day of purchase and installation. We are not willing to accept a repair of the unit, as we have already been suffering from discomfort and inconvenience for the past three years. We expect a prompt resolution to this matter, and we would like to be contacted as soon as possible to arrange for the replacement of the air conditioner.

                              I have purchased my voltas Ac 1.5 ton split on 26/11/21 after a week of installation even I have done 4yr extra AMC of the product details are in photos, approximately 10 times I have registered complaint for not cooling issue but always engineer coming and filling gas and going, the issue is as it is till today.. recently i have registered complaint on Saturday 8 April engineer visits 14 April with out tools and asked to me revisit in 3-4 days, o
                              On 15 April they have cancelled my registered complaint by their own. It's been more than 12 days there is no response from the service centre in half of my ac repair even I called to Vishal gupta (ASM Agra DSC) he also refused to listen to my concern. I have frustrated of buying this voltas product worst service provider & underexperienced technician, till today it's been 2year of purchasing this Ac but complaint is not getting resolved, I will genuinely not recomend voltas product to anybody, it's been 2 year of suffering from this fed up of complaining but issue is not resolved.

                                I registered a complaint on 9th April, 2023 that my Voltas AC cooling system was not functioning. The technician visited our home and told that outdoor unit compressor was failed and needed to be replaced. Its about 10days passed and the issue was not resolved. In these 10 days, I would have called the voltas customer care at least 100 times. Its nothing short of mental torture. Never expected this sort of worst treatment and issue resolution process from a reputed Tata Brand. Regret purchasing Voltas AC.

                                    I had bought voltas window AC in August 2020after only 3 months it's gas leaked it's coils had rusted at several points after that I bought AMC for one year and then continued it next year because of the same recurring problem.
                                    On 5th March 2023 i had it serviced .On 14th April i switched it on as weather has turned hot but found it was not cooling..meaning it's gas had leaked even when it has been off for the last 5 months.
                                    I registered a complaint with voltas customer care my request no is [protected] ..no response for two days then on 17th evening their people come and refuse to fill the gas claiming their system is not showing my AMC.I showedit to them on paper but they went away haven't returned.. customer care phone lines not responding..i am fed up..today is 18.04.2023

                                      I recently bough Voltas AC from retailer.Its been 3 days now voltas is not installing AC in my home.reteller nor Voltas customer care not receiving the call.They are cancelling request number for installation.

                                      Do not buy Voltas AC they have worst service so far.Poor service from a TATA product.
                                      Voltas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Window AC in warranty, not working reported and taken for service as on date 35 days completed, service is very worst, no response from voltas as well as authorised service centre, they simply say for the past one month as spare to be came from voltas,
