[Resolved] Voltas — every month 1.5 tonne inverter ac stops working | |||
1. I bought 1.5 tonne inverter ac from canthus refigeration, indore in june, 2016. It was delievered at my home by single person. On the packet it was written do not tilt and was brought at my home on first floor in a very bad way tilted twisted by that delivery person. 2. Unskilled installation person came at 9 pm in night and installation was performed till midnight even after saying that you come tomorrow. They said only 10 more minutes and keep on going till midnight. The very next day huge sound was coming out of the ac outdoor unit as though some parts are hitting each other. We put off the ac and complained to the dealer. For the next 10 day he was sending different technician and was a total harassment for us. The cooling power reduced drastically. The cooling power got reduced but they were not ready to accept. 3. By that time rain arrived and ac was not used for next few months.in april, 2017 it was used again. It was not cooling at all. After that it was resolved by voltas service person after repeated request. 4. They recharged the gas without bothering why there is leakage. Within few days it again leaked and and i registered my complain again. The service people again changed condenser saying leakage is from condenser only. 5. The unit was cooling for few more days and then it stopped cooling. Again complain was registered and they again said leakage is from condenser and i have to change piping. 6. The condenser was changed by voltas company. 7. The service person insisted on changing the complete piping. I agreed to that so that at least i should use it in summer. They charged me nearly 7500/- and changed the piping. 8. Nearly one or two month after that it again stopped cooling. 11. Even after spending nearly 50, 000/- i am not able to have cooling at my home. 12. I am totally frustrated. The ac unit (Indoor and outdoor) is still lying at voltas service station till today it was being serviced from nearly last one week. It has become torturous to me. 13. It looks like a defective ac was delivered by your dealer canthus refigeration, indore or it has been mishandled and damaged by his delivery and installation person. 14. I request you to change my ac unit which rarely cools or else i have to go to consumer complain for the pain, and harassment, i am facing just after buying the ac till today.
