[Resolved] Voltas — extended warranty certificate

I was contact to customer care 10 times & above please send me the extended warrant certificate their executive still told our technician call back within 4 hours. But still 10 days no technician call me . Please take the action this above mention details. Other wise i will complain to consumer forum.
