I purchased a voltas inverter ac on 27th april and call customer care for extend offer warranty. Customer care said that u can call till 31st may and give all information. Today, i call customer care and said for extended warranty. Customer care said that u can send sms within 7 days of purchasing of a. C. So, this is not my fault. This is customer care and dealer fault. So, please extend my warranty and solve this issue. I refer voltas to my relatives and friends for their product and service.
