I have buyed 2 split ac from weartech engineers pvt ltd 221 zone 1 second floor m. P. Nagar bhopal, on 30 jan 2018.
We were using one ac and the other one which was installed at downstairs bedroom was used only for two days i. E on 26 and 27 may and when we started it on third day it stopped cooling. We registered a complaint at weartech engineers as it is in warranty period. Their thechnicians came and told us that ac is defected, its coil is destroyed and their is no gas in it. When i had a talk to head of weartech engineers she said that we cannot repalce it as once if we have sold we can only service it. Now the question i raised that if in such a less time we came to know that piece is defected so u have to replace it as in future also it will create problem. And when i told her that i will do the complaint because we use to buy a things of reputated company to avoid such things, but she said that do whatever u want to do, do the complaint where ever u want to.
So its my humble request that kindly look after it and help in replacing my ac or refunding my money.

    I purchased a voltas inverter ac on 30th may and call customer care for extend offer warranty. Customer care said that u can call till 31st may and give all information. Today, i call customer care and said for extended warranty. Customer care said that u can send sms within 7 days of purchasing of a. C. So, this is not my fault. This is customer care and dealer fault. So, please extend my warranty and solve this issue. I refer voltas to my relatives and friends for their product and service. So, please solve this issue as soon as possible. Thanks

          We bought the ac around march 2017 and the from the past 6 months we have constantly been facing problems with the ac. The technician has always claimed that the ac is working but after a considerable amount of time it stops working suddenly and starts emitting foul smell and hot air. We have called the technician ample amount of time but they dont figure out anything. I think that the piece is faulty and defective and we are fed up with the ac constantly not working. We are immensely dissatisfied with this product that voltas has provided us with.

            I would like to inform you that i have purchased new window ac on dated 25th may 2018 and had been installed on 27th may 2018. I am getting too much noise which sounds like there is something wrong in the ac or not fitted properly from the inside of window.

              I have submitted my complaint for last 15 of days and voltas service man visted and checked the a/c. He said to change fan motor and it will take two days to order fan motor from the company. Many days passed and still the fan motor has not arrived. The service center people are saying that company as not yet sended the fan motor. And every time call the service center they give me that answer only. Me and my family is troubled for many days and night

                  My request number is [protected]. I purchased 1.5 ton split ac iinverter) from great eastern on 27/5/2018 and today it has to be installed at my residence. I got phone call from person whose mobile number is[protected]Kailah) and he asked me about address and i told him address should be with you. He told me more installation charges compare to what i was informed by great eastern. Then i talked to agent of great eastern and he told me that you have to pay rs.499/ + tax. Meanwhile i talked thrice to kailash and every time he replied that i will call you. Meanwhile i got sms that eng. Visited our residence but he didn't visit my residence. I was surprised and shocked. I was advised to call at [protected] and i told all these facts and he told me that i will call you after 5 minutes. But i am waiting phone call from two hours.

                  I have entered into AMC for two ACs one window and one split with Aysha Enterprise, Mumbai for two years. Their cas memo is 5960 dt. 20.03.2018. Inspite of many reminders I have still not received the contract. Kindly send the same without any more delay.

                  1.voltas is worst in product and service.
                  2. Bought voltas a month ago and it was leaking water from indoor unit. Raised complaint & the service guy came after 10 days. after lots of follow up (with ASM) got another replacement last week. That indoor unit too stopped working with in 2 days.now it's been lying on the wall.

                    i have purchased 1.5 T. 183 LYD -3 star AC on 31.5.2017.From Anand-Gujarat.
                    From beginning it was problematic I.e Indoor Unit. After replaced it with very very trouble because no one was ready to accept fault. On March 2018 i Have started AC But no cooling done so i call customer care and found that there was gas leakage and refilled by service center and give assurance that it will be no done again. i call customer care they only saying only soft words but there were no any strong action favor of customer.Now. May 2018 again I face same Problem i call customer care and technician come and sail there is no gas.
                    Now every two month i have to do this practice. you can check your complain register .you are requested replace outdoor and indoor unit.

                        I have purchased voltas ac.1.5 ton on 2012. But after purchased the above product the compressor fail in two time. Comppress replaced by your service at patel nagar, new delhi branch during warranty period. After warranty again replace the compressor paid by by about 10, 000 ten thousand only on 2016. But now the a/c. Not working and cooling. Now my faith out of volta a/c. And this product not good all customers. I will broadcast of all of being costumers to mail.                           Dear team,

                          I have got wrong commitment and service issue still not resolved from past 6 days.

                          On 22nd i have lodged a complain for for voltas cooler sr no: [protected].

                          Till 26th i didn't receive and call and nobody visited my place for resolution.

                          On 27th i callled voltas customer care in morning they told they ll send technician on priority. But no comments on the delay that happend.

                          On 27th evening i received message from td-voltas : " dear customer, we tried to contact you for sr no: [protected]. Your number was unreachable or switch off or not responding. Pls call us at [protected]' for an appointment.

                          It was utter false. My mobile was neither switch off, nor unreachable. When i called [protected] nobody responded.

                          I complained again for that on 27th evening to customer care, they told they ll look into it.

                          Again on 28th today, i received a message as dear customer your sr no [protected] proposed for cancellation, reason: cust num not rechable. Call cust care to stop cancellation.

                          I again called cust care today morning that my number is totally recahble. And this is absolutely false.

                          I want to ask the team is this some joke going on. This is really bad service from voltas. Pls resolve it at the earliest.

                            Hello,

                            I am a saddest customer of voltas ac. Since, i purchase the ac it makes my life hell because of pathetic post sales service by authorized service vendor. After two years of purchasing this ac started giving issues, last year after cooling complain the technician came and fill the gas without checking the actual issue of gas leaking and again the problem started after a month, then i again logged a complain and technician said there is an an issue with cooling coil. Since it was september, i told the technician that i would replace the cooling coil next year.

                            Now i logged a complain to voltas customer care on 9th of april to replace the cooling coil and it has been done by on spot air conditioner (Voltas service vendor) but again after few days it has been giving problem. I logged two complain and asked for the engineer who replace the cooling coil so that he can better understand the issue as he knows the history. Instead of resolving the issue and sending the engineer, they resolved my issue without attending the call. They simply send sms that "your issue has been resolved on phone". I logged two complains but they resolve the issue without attending the call.

                            I request you please take this issue as utmost priority

                                I bought window ac 1.5 ton with 5 start rating on 15 may which installed after one week.
                                We are using it from last 5-6 days but not cooling properly. I have lodged complaint to reliance customer care on the first day. Last friday engineer came and reset the settings but issue not resolved so i asked him to come on sunday. I have called him more than 10 times, everytime he said he is coming, or will come by late hours but whole day has been passed now and he didnt reached. I have wasted whole weekend waiting for him.
                                Really dissatisfied from the services now.
                                Want replacement of this product as it is defective.
                                Hoping for the satisfactory outcome.
                                As we suffered in billing also because on the billing time executive told me different price that was inclusive of taxes but when payment done they charged gst extra.
                                Please support on the same.

                                When we switch on AC, very foul smell coming from the unit till 10-15 mins from starting the AC. ALREADY have registered multiple complaints and several Techinicians visited. But no solution to the issue. Need immediate replacement of the unit.

                                    I applied for a preventive maintenance request on 21 apr 2018 for my voltas 1.5 ton windows ac. The complaint no was [protected]. The wet service for the ac was done on 22 apr 2018 for which i made a payment of rs 472. As voltas has always been known to an excellent service provider, i also thought the service was done correctly. Today, one of my relatives who is a little well versed with ac noticed that a small window was open in the area from where air comes from inside the ac. On further scrutiny, i i also noticed that a part of the ac was also not fitted by the technician and it was kept in our backward. Now, after observing further we found out that due to this bad service, the compressor was running non stop which has let to increased electricity bills. When i complained regarding the same on voltas customer care, they said that the service would again be chargeable. This is basically a double blow to a customer who is already suffering from a bad service which has probably caused damage to the ac which was working normally before the said service was done.
                                    I assume that you would agree with me that a service for an appliance is done to increase the life of an appliance, but in our case the service has basically caused damage to the appliance and will also reduce its life in the longer run. It has also caused us financial loss due to increased electricity bills as the compressor doesnt turn off even for a second. I have also filed a complaint regarding the same today. The complaint number is [protected], however i have little hope that suitable action would be taken. This is why i am compelled to write to you.
                                    I would therefore request you to look at this issue on priority and resolve it as soon as possible.

                                      I am facing a lot of difficulties through your ac ur engineer who has not any badge from voltas local dealers hire there local executive who have no knowledge about installing first day they came and took around 5200 fro installing and after 4, to 5 days the ac starts stop cooling i filled a complaint they said that its is because of gas leakage, now you can see the work local technician after some days its also happening gas leakage no cooling at all yesterday i filled a complaint again they told me that your senior engineer will come to check today i called on [protected] she is saying if the technician is not coming today he will cone tomorrow... No positive response what kind of service this company is providing... Very poor service... I will never recommend anyone for voltas... Shame on your company... No experience of marketing... My complaint no is [protected]... I request once again about this... Please solve it... Oe else i will go through from different options...
