I have bought a new voltas air conditioner on 15.04.2018, which is not working since a-day. I have lodged complaint on your toll free vide complaint no.[protected] dated 22.04.2018. After a long chain of complaints, contact to various company personals, workshop, technicians the said complaint has still not resolved. My chain of complaints/contacts is as under :-

Sir we purchased your voltas windows ac at jain traders on 27june 2017 but now it's not working/cooling we complained 12 may 2018 my complained no [protected] your person visit my home and told me compressors changed they take off my ac for dauji aircon (Mr. Kartar singh) and now they told me compressors not available last one week by your plant. We contact your asm [protected] but they don't responed pls. Resolve my issue as soon as possible....

We have bought voltas 1.5 ton split ac. After installation it was working fine but after few days it stops cooling due to compressor problem. We have resister an complain to the voltas customer with complain request number [protected] on 4th of may. But still no one has came for the service after so many calls. When ever we are calling they are telling our technician will come in 2-3 days, also few other excuses giving....

I have purchased cooler of voltas, but just after 11 months its motor got burnt out. After lodging complain, the action was taken very slowly. But after motor replacement, the cooler makes noise and the technician says that it is normal noise and cant be eliminated. I am frustrated as no action is taken from voltas for its remedy. I dr. Ashish darawade, purchased voltas split ac (Sr no.4552238a18bc00449) from maharashtra electronic tilak road on 17/3/18... My ac stopped working exactly 15 days after installation so i called to maharashtra electronic people many types.. But they didn't cooperated at all... So i called voltas toll free no. (Complaint no. [protected]) and sent there engineer (Sr. No 3765..). Who blamed t weather and dust for no cooling and assured t problem...
