[Resolved] Voltas — Faulty ac and delay in services | |||
After only couple fo days into using of voltas 3.5 ton split ac, the ac has stopped working. On sumitting a complaint at customer care it was assured that repair will be carried out in 24 hours. However, even after lapse of 3 days no action has been taken and same reply is given. This is very uncomforting services from voltas. I shall put a very negative review on the site and e-marketing sites. Please do expedite the process.
