[Resolved] Voltas — faulty inverter ac | |||
I had purchased this ac last year on 23 feb 2018, firstly the ac itself was delivered faulty with the problem in compressor and thereafter was installed saying that leakage in the pipeline. After installation it never cooled and with numerous complaints to voltas, only response we've been receiving was compressor problem, burnt coil etc etc.. Technicians were experimenting on the unit just by repairing the joints, changing the coils rather than changing the entire unit and putting a new one as it was under garranty. At the end it never got fixed. Infact the last complaint was lodged on 19 feb. The technicians on there visit fixed a joint in the faulty compressor and convinced us that now it's perfectly fine and who not trouble, but as usual it just gave up in less than 24 hours. Since then we are chasing voltas and there technicians which now are not even responding to us and refusing to help The harrowing experience which we are going through from last year can't be explained. I am writing here as a last resort, and in case not getting a response from here i'll just throw this crap out of my house and ensure that no other person in my society purchases a voltas product.
