I am writing to express my deep concern regarding an issue I have encountered with the servicing of my AC unit. During recent technician visits, it was identified that the ODU PCB is faulty and requires replacement. As per the warranty policy, the PCB is covered under a 5-year warranty.

However, I have been informed that a charge of Rs.8, 500 will be incurred for the replacement, which is unacceptable given the warranty terms and conditions. This situation is both disappointing and concerning, as it contradicts the stated warranty coverage.
