[Resolved] Voltas — for replacing the voltas ac | |||
I have purchased voltas 2 ton split ac on 14 may 2019 same day installation done by technicians with in one hour started dropping water the technician checked 2 hours he declared that manufacturing defect. The technician kept in complete it is reported to our manager they replace it with in the week they promised me and i have requested raised to vyjayanthi electronic managers same time still i am not getting any call and conforms for replacement has been more than 15 days and ihavecontacted voltas service center on [protected] i am totally dissatisfied with voltas i have never expected this kind of service from a very reknowend companyre Was this information helpful? | |||
