[Resolved]  Voltas — free installation of inverter ac

My name is bhupendra, i have purchesed voltas 1.2 ton 5 star inverter ac from flipkart on 15th april 2018.
After purchased voltas AC i go through many comment on product details from certified buyers.They have mention "Please do not install AC from flipkard as voltas it self is giving free installation on all 2018 inverter AC till 15th April"

Then i called to your customer care and talked with many customer care executive and ask for free installation, some of them say yes and give me request number and some of them are declining that volats is not giving any free installation offers on AC.

Here is my question if voltas is not giving any free installation then why some of your executive said yes and why some of certified buyers done there free installation from voltas and suggesting others too ??

one of your customer care executive transferred my call to local dealers and he said voltas customer care don't know any thing and i have to pay 2000 rs for installation?? Really !

if others are also done with free installation even they have also purchased the same product from flip-kart then why not me ?? I also want my inverter AC to be installed free from voltas any how.

First time i have showed my interest on TATA product and they have let my decision down with there worst customer care services..
