window ac 1.5 ton getting error code df

I bought ac last year (7th may 2017) and this my second complaint ([protected]) in last 2 month about cooling issue.

First place for this complaint appointment was schedule for 18th april 2018 but no visit from technician till 20th april 2018)

Also every time technician just do the cleaning of ac and issue do reoccur after month.

I also want highlight that this time after ac run for 3-4 hours with...

Greetings!!

I have purchased 1.5 ton split ac from paytm on 29/03/2018 (#[protected]).

The technician from voltas had come on 8th april, without checking the ac he installed it and after that he found that ac is defective, pcb card is faulty.

First of all the technician should have checked it before installation he installed and claimed 1800 and ac is not working at all.

Secondly, i have called voltas and service center many a times in 10 days, while complaining the service centre was unprofessional and the staffs are incompetent and they just apologize instead of giving any solution.

I had requested a return from paytm but as tha ac was installed the voltas team said that they would take care of it but i do not see any progress.

It is highly unacceptable. I request you to kindly look into the problem immediately and take suitable action.

Note: please replace the ac asap.

I bought a new split ac last year, its gas leaked within six months, and after that I was not satisfied with the performance, now after winter when I started it, there is no gas again.

    I am purchased a voltas air conditioner from sree elactronics, nenmmara po, palakkad dist, kerala state, pin 678508 on 13/4/17. A free service done by company dec 2017, now 26 march i log a complaint regarding sum problem company no take any action till date already company got three year warranty
    In view above it is requested that kindly take suitable action against dealer/company warranty card and cash bill will submit when is required.

        I have purchased two acs on 26/4/2016 and i was said that company is offering 5 years extended warranty, wherein if any problem arises all the problems will be sorted free of cost.
        But now after so many calls and messages to voltas company, the executive came and said company is not liable for any such kind of problems. Company has not given any such warranty. And in the bill its clearly mentioned that we have purchased an extended warranty of full ac. And have paid an extra amount of rs. 4434 for extended warranty for 2 acs.

          I have purchased voltas 1.5 ton ac on 30th july, 2017. I am facing issues with the ac since last year. Within 2 days we found that there is some issue with the ac as we tried to on it. We registered a complaint with the customer care and within 1 day a technician visited our home. He said that its pcp is not working and we should get one coating done so that there will be no issue with the ac for atleast for 5 years. We paid him rs 500 for that coating and got it done. The technician then asked subordinates to take the ac along with them.

          We got the pcp replaced and coating done within 2 days. We switched on the ac to check and found that the pcp is still not working. Then again the technician took the ac with him and assured that he will again replace the pcp. I requested one of your customer care executives to replace the ac as within 2 days of installation we were facing with these issues. The customer care assured that they will help us and will get the defected part replaced.

          The next day, the technician got the pcp replaced and installed the ac at my home and it was working fine. We used it for a month and switched it off as the climate was changing. After one or two months we requested for the ac service and it was done from your end and the technician visited and got it done.

          As one service was due, i called up the customer care executive and requested for the servicing to be done. The technician visited the same day, ie, yesterday and told my parents that we need to get the coating done as it will save the ac life and the ac will work well for atleast 5 years. His words were "sir, aapke ac main leakage hai and iski coating karwalo toh sahi rahega and iska pcp bhi kharab hai. Aap yeh sb sahi karwalo aur nishchint rahiye sir, aapka ac coating k baad bilkul sahi chalega."

          Again to higlight "he said, there is leakage with the ac, coating needs to be done and pcp is not working. Now, i would like to ask you guys a question, when we got this coating done, your executive said it will work well for at least 5 years and we got the pcp replaced twice after purchasing it and now again the pcp is not working and we paid him rs 800 yesterday.

          It's a new ac and i am facing the issue since i purchased it. I have earlier requested your customer care executives to replace the ac and they assured that there is no need to replace the ac only pcp will get replaced.

          I have used 1.5 lg ac earlier for 8 long years and never faced any issue.

          Now, in the month of april, 2018, again there is some fault in the capacitor. Now the technician is saying to change the capacitor.

          I have shared these issues with the customer care executives, have sent a mail and even got the issue posted in their website, but still have not received any mails/follow up calls from any senior managers/customer care executives.

            The technician is a third party he is not authorized voltas technician has charged rs 600/- from us and company said that we have to pay only 400/- and he said that 200/- is a gst, please find the photo see regarding gst everybody is cheating us please slove the problem asap

              Today a trainee called to find out the address for the complaint lodged yesterday. The is not cooling after replacement of condenser of outer unit and gas filling. The inner unit is not throwing air. So a person inside the room feels sweaty and humid. Pl take action immediately or else we will meet at consumer court to file a suit against the company. Two persons have visited from your authorised service station on 16.4.2018. The ac was repaired on 24.2.2018.

                Sir,
                I bought split ac last year on 4th march 2017 and technician attend the free service under warranty but he broke the front panel lock, which was not known to me for month but after a month i open the panel to clean the filter, hence i found the panel lock is broken, i made a call to customer care, the said that the damage part is replaced free of cost but you need to pay service charge, it's okay but here in service center they said that you have to pay for replacement of broken panel...                   We have sent Purchase order to Voltas Ltd. for supply of 1.5 Ton 5 star Inverter AC copper condenser on 28th & 30th Dec.2017. Accordingly we have also made 100% payment of Rs.7, 72, 720/- through NEFT on 08.01.2018 for supply of said AC-13 Nos. As per PO terms & conditions, Company have to supply the said AC on or before 10 days from the date of PO. but, Company has not supplied the said AC till date, as completed more three months i.e.108 days. In this regard we have contacted officials of Voltas Ltd. several times & also sent emails, but company officials are not responding the same. Further this is to inform you that, Earlier, The Company has supplier six AC, out which one AC has defective. in this regard, we have registered complaint several times & also contacted company officials several times, but till date defective AC has not repaired till date. So, we inform you that, Voltas is a good brand, but due to not supply AC in time & also fails to give service in time, it remarks for Company brand. So, please assist to get said AC & get to repair of defective AC at the earliest. Else we have no choice that, we will take legal action against said Company.

                      Sir we are purchaised an voltas 1. 5 ton ac from attinkara anchal on 23/12/2017. We are not satisfied with their fittings and service. Since they fit our ac some complaints are araised with in a week the main problem is it is not cooled properly, if i cooled in 16 degree celecius but not get enough cool, we are informed in the attinkara, anchal kollam kerala but they are not mind our complaints since today. So please take necessory action to service my ac for good conditions. And you note that dont send attinkara shop serviser to service my ac because am not satisfied with their service

                        The airconditioner is of 2007, it is not cooling properly, on 24 th feb 2018 it was repaired by authorised service center of voltas, it cooled for a month then cooling is not proper. The inner unit is not throwing air properly and at the same time it is not suctioning the hot air from the room. I spent rs 6400/- to replace the condenser unit and then filled gas in to the outer unit. Two mechanics one in fore noon and another in after noon came have give the report to authorised service center but the center is not responding

                          I have raised web ticket month ago for my ac service and not heard back then i called voltas customer care on 15th april and they assured that within 24 hours someone will call me. Its been 48 hours nobody called me nor attended my issue.

                          I have highlighted this to customer care but they are useless as voltas ac service!, i would surely buy non voltas ac and ask everyone in my circle to do the same. #boycottvoltas, voltas is black mark on tata branding. Pathetic service, careless service center guys and waste of money and time.

                          Now they closed my ticket stating customer not reachable! I gave 2 numbers and did not get any calls. Voltas simply fooling around people

                            I am purchased a Voltas split AC model 183 sy against invoice 15057 dated on 11.03.2018.I am not satisfied with company installation service and product due to my AC not installed properly by service engineer/technician .Now AC raising some noise during functioning and cooling properly.After complaint about this problem to technician, he said that water is present in AC pipe line.However it is required to check the pipe line before installation.I am complaint this problem to voltas company again and again with mail and company service center nos [protected], [protected] but not any satisfied response to me from company.Till date not any senior service engineer visit to my complaint.It is kindly request to you please replace my AC or refund my money back as early as possible.If voltas company not give my money back then I am going to consumer court.

                                I recently buy a voltas deep freezer on 4th april 2018 from sunil refrigerations darya ganj delhi 06, and is in warranty. On 6th apr i noticed its not working properly so, i raised a complainant with voltas customer care. My complaint number is [protected]
                                After investigation by the technical person he confirmed that the gas and one another part is faulty.
                                He repaired but its still not working properly its just new buy iam not happy with this voltas product.

                                My concern - as my deep freezer is new one and within the full one year warranty why are they not providing me a replacement.

                                    ac pcb faulty - in warranty - but no replacement

                                    My voltas 1.5t split ac is in warranty. On 13th apr night suddenly it stopped. I raised a complainant with voltas customer care. My complaint number (Break down request number) is [protected].
                                    After investigation by the technical person he confirmed that the pcb is faulty.
                                    He took the pcb to the workshop for repairing.

                                    My concern - as my ac is much within the warranty why are they not providing me a replacement.br...

                                    After procurement of model no. Voltas 183 iy-g (R410a) of voltas 3 star split ac (4552192a17lc10524) from sandhya enterprises, rairakhol, sambalpur, 768106 it is observed that when the machine is run the room is filled up with gas odour. Moreover, after few hours of running there is no cooling by the machine. After complaint (Request no.[protected]) the technician came and found that there is internal leak in indoor unit but leak is not traceable. So, i request you to replace the machine.
