We have sent Purchase order to Voltas Ltd. for supply of 1.5 Ton 5 star Inverter AC copper condenser on 28th & 30th Dec.2017. Accordingly we have also made 100% payment of Rs.7, 72, 720/- through NEFT on 08.01.2018 for supply of said AC-13 Nos. As per PO terms & conditions, Company have to supply the said AC on or before 10 days from the date of PO. but, Company has not supplied the said AC till date, as completed more three months i.e.108 days. In this regard we have contacted officials of Voltas Ltd. several times & also sent emails, but company officials are not responding the same. Further this is to inform you that, Earlier, The Company has supplier six AC, out which one AC has defective. in this regard, we have registered complaint several times & also contacted company officials several times, but till date defective AC has not repaired till date. So, we inform you that, Voltas is a good brand, but due to not supply AC in time & also fails to give service in time, it remarks for Company brand. So, please assist to get said AC & get to repair of defective AC at the earliest. Else we have no choice that, we will take legal action against said Company.

    We have got voltas ac 1ton from gogo electronics hyd.after working for 2days., it started blowing hot air.we complained .Ur agent came and repaired d gas.again it started blowing hot air.it continued for 3 servicing.so plz we are asking for replacement.please consider our complaint to make sure the replacement comes..model number is : voltas 123LYD...We are suffering since 1 month in this hot summer.we complained the dealer for many times..He is not responding in a right way..

      Sir we are purchaised an voltas 1. 5 ton ac from attinkara anchal on 23/12/2017. We are not satisfied with their fittings and service. Since they fit our ac some complaints are araised with in a week the main problem is it is not cooled properly, if i cooled in 16 degree celecius but not get enough cool, we are informed in the attinkara, anchal kollam kerala but they are not mind our complaints since today. So please take necessory action to service my ac for good conditions. And you note that dont send attinkara shop serviser to service my ac because am not satisfied with their service

        The airconditioner is of 2007, it is not cooling properly, on 24 th feb 2018 it was repaired by authorised service center of voltas, it cooled for a month then cooling is not proper. The inner unit is not throwing air properly and at the same time it is not suctioning the hot air from the room. I spent rs 6400/- to replace the condenser unit and then filled gas in to the outer unit. Two mechanics one in fore noon and another in after noon came have give the report to authorised service center but the center is not responding

          I have raised web ticket month ago for my ac service and not heard back then i called voltas customer care on 15th april and they assured that within 24 hours someone will call me. Its been 48 hours nobody called me nor attended my issue.

          I have highlighted this to customer care but they are useless as voltas ac service!, i would surely buy non voltas ac and ask everyone in my circle to do the same. #boycottvoltas, voltas is black mark on tata branding. Pathetic service, careless service center guys and waste of money and time.

          Now they closed my ticket stating customer not reachable! I gave 2 numbers and did not get any calls. Voltas simply fooling around people

            I am purchased a Voltas split AC model 183 sy against invoice 15057 dated on 11.03.2018.I am not satisfied with company installation service and product due to my AC not installed properly by service engineer/technician .Now AC raising some noise during functioning and cooling properly.After complaint about this problem to technician, he said that water is present in AC pipe line.However it is required to check the pipe line before installation.I am complaint this problem to voltas company again and again with mail and company service center nos [protected], [protected] but not any satisfied response to me from company.Till date not any senior service engineer visit to my complaint.It is kindly request to you please replace my AC or refund my money back as early as possible.If voltas company not give my money back then I am going to consumer court.

                I recently buy a voltas deep freezer on 4th april 2018 from sunil refrigerations darya ganj delhi 06, and is in warranty. On 6th apr i noticed its not working properly so, i raised a complainant with voltas customer care. My complaint number is [protected]
                After investigation by the technical person he confirmed that the gas and one another part is faulty.
                He repaired but its still not working properly its just new buy iam not happy with this voltas product.

                My concern - as my deep freezer is new one and within the full one year warranty why are they not providing me a replacement.

                    ac pcb faulty - in warranty - but no replacement

                    My voltas 1.5t split ac is in warranty. On 13th apr night suddenly it stopped. I raised a complainant with voltas customer care. My complaint number (Break down request number) is [protected].
                    After investigation by the technical person he confirmed that the pcb is faulty.
                    He took the pcb to the workshop for repairing.

                    My concern - as my ac is much within the warranty why are they not providing me a replacement.br...

                    After procurement of model no. Voltas 183 iy-g (R410a) of voltas 3 star split ac (4552192a17lc10524) from sandhya enterprises, rairakhol, sambalpur, 768106 it is observed that when the machine is run the room is filled up with gas odour. Moreover, after few hours of running there is no cooling by the machine. After complaint (Request no.[protected]) the technician came and found that there is internal leak in indoor unit but leak is not traceable. So, i request you to replace the machine.

It is very surprising that the number of engineer which is provided by customer care is closed number. I don’t know why product is selling when no service arrangement is done by company.                             I have purchased a brand new voltas split ac (2 ton) in march 2016. Within a year, the gas leakage was observed and voltas has refilled gas & charged a good amount of money. This year, during march'18, i got it serviced from voltas, wherein they took service charge & never said anything wrong with the product. However, with 1-2 days of service, i observed that there is no cooling from the ac. The problem was again reported to voltas on 5th april, now they are saying that the condenser coil has been damaged. It needs replacement & it will cost me rs. 8400. As i had no other alternatives, i had reluctantly agreed to pay rs. 8400 within just 2 years of purchasing a brand new ac. However, as of now, (Even after 10 days), the problem has not been rectified & no technician has visited. I am calling customer care everyday, wherein they are giving a false hope that the problem will be resolved asap. Will be looking forward to some solution in this regard.

                              I'm contacting from one year. But no body is responding properly, just receiving acknowledge like robo reply. Today is the day we feel regret for buying tata products. You can't resolve a small issue from one year?
                              Why the hell you are stil in business? I'm struggling contacting you everyday.

                              I just receive robo reply, and your shameless bsm won't contact me/answer my call/ reply to my msgs. Will you keep me waiting my entire life? Do you understand??~ it been one damn year i've been asking you to do your duty properly.

                              Within one year of purchase, it came to repair more than a 100 times. Can anyone atleast believe that tata authorized such low quality vendors? Who doesn't even know how to install without damange?

                              I've purchased a 1.5 ton a/c on amazon from a voltas authorized seller.

                              From the day one i've been facing issues with my ac, there is a issue in installation with voltas person. They took 3+ hours to install my ac and completely messed my wall. (I purchased another voltas and it took 40 mints installation and working properly).

                              My concern is, from the day one my ac does not work properly. Everytime voltas dealer sends a repair guy and it will 10-15 days for them to resolve the issue, finally it works for 2 days and stops working. This has been repeated more than 10 -15 times. Each time sla is 15 days. I hardly used 10 days and spent double of my ac price.

                              Almost 7-8 times gas was filled by dealer and promised it will work properly. But everytime it only works for 2 or 3 days.

                              I asked for replacement, but it was never happen from 5 months.

                              I lost trust on voltas and your dealer.

                              At last few months i told that, im about to reach my warranty end. (Yes voltas literally made me wait almost a year and never resolve my issue). I'm pretty sure gas will be lost if i use 2 days even if you repair again. And once warranty is over your dealer snatch my money for every service and i need to pay every week inorder to survive this summer.

                              I've all documents from the day one how many times it was came to repair, my last resort is to file a case for damages against voltas and your dealer if still it's not resolved.

                              After 1000 complaints from the date of purchase now you people are saying it is out of warranty? What the hell did you do to resolve when it is in warranty? I want my bloody replacement immediately. That stupid sri sai vendor visited 50-60 times, we are not dumb here to invite your people as many times as they want just to timepass at my flat.

                              They gave false information from the beginning. They spoiled my bedroom walls, windows. They messed with installation nd it is not working from day 1.

                              I called voltas many times and they say they can only send a technicians and nothing else they can do. Wrote many emails to this voltas care but nothing happened till now.

                              I've 3 months baby, i've to secure him from this summer.

                              Is some human available in voltas or all are robos?

                                I have called service center, talab tillo, jammu many times but even after their assurance none of your employee has turned up for servicing. It has been over 10 days now and the service here is too poor. The service center only says that we will come tomorrow and all i am doing is wait for them but in vain. Such kind of service only will result in losing your customers which was not expected from such a good brand manufacturer.

                                    Hi,

                                    I had my voltas split a/c 5 star 1 ton, serviced day before yesterday[protected] evening by your authorised centre.

                                    It was working perfectly fine till then and it was a routine service for cleaning.

                                    After the service, the a/c started showing problems while working. There are abnormal sounds like something sparking inside and couldnt even use once.

                                    I hope you will take this matter very seriously and take necessary steps to rectify this service issue, as the a/c had no issues before the service.
