[Resolved]  Voltas — free service of voltas ac not done by service provider.

Dear sir,
This is arvind tiwary. I am from ranipet, vellore district, tamil nadu. I bought a voltas ac (Name of model:183v ey 1.5 tonne, ac sr no :4551978a16a004140 and outdoor unit sl no2: 4512038d16a007614) from your dealer in arcot, called anbu electronics on 19/03/2017. But it is unfortunate to reveal that i got my first free service done yesterday i. E on 08/03/2018. Now my one year is going to complete on 19/03/2019 so i will miss the second the free service. On contacting voltas customer care, i was told that the two free service is given for the first year. But i got a call of free service in the last month of one year i. E. Only on 07/03/2018 and service done on 08/03/2018. On 19/03/2018 my one year will completed so my second service will be lapsed with no reason of mine. When i called the dealer they told me that it is not possible for second free service since the one year warranty period will be over.

I know that your firm gives utmost importance to customer service and customers gives importance to mouth publicity rather than the advertisement given in print or visual media. Here i loose my privilege to get one free services because of the negligence of your dealer.
So i request you to do the necessary to reinstate my privilege for two free services. My phone number is [protected]

Dear CC,
Thanks for taking immediate action on my complaint. The service provider(Mr Sayyid) has assured me while on conference call with area service manager that one lapsed free service will be provided after 6 months i.e. in month of August 2018. Hope he keeps his word.
