[Resolved]  Voltas — high pressure complaint voltas ac product

Hye sir,
My name is lakshman singh tanwar. I live in h. No. F126 tirkha colony ballabgarh, faridabad, haryana. Sir, i am very upset. I bought voltas' ac on 24 june 2020. Which was bought in the name of naresh. This is split ac and a half ton inverter ac. A few days later i had it installed. A few days after the installation, there was a problem of leakage of water and the problem of not cooling. I reported this problem to the service center. But even after two months, this problem could not be resolved. Then i got it reinstalled on 31 august 2020. It went well for a day or two. On the third day from inside ice started falling. On the third day itself, i reported this problem to the service center. He said that we will send the person today. Today is 6 september 2020. But none of my problems were solved. Sir, i want to know that i have made a mistake by buying voltas ac? After today, i would not suggest anyone buy a voltas ac. Will there be any solution to any of my problems? Are voltas ac so dirty services?

I am sending you the bill of my ac and reinstallation bill. Please provide some solutions.
