I purchased Voltas window AC 1 ton nearly 1 year ago. I logged a complaint to your customer care regarding E2 error displayed at AC pane. My complaint number is [protected] dated 30th May 2016. Despite repeated calls to your customer care center we are unable to get any solutions. Its been more than 20 days now and no support has been extended to us. I would like to inform you that I won’t hesitate in dragging Voltas to consumer forum if my problem is not solved with next 3 days of this mail. Was this information helpful? | |||||
