[Resolved] Voltas — Inhuman behaviour | |||||
I have registered my complaint regarding water pump issue on 24th Apr 17, but it still pending. I have been doing the follow-up with customer care executives, senior executives and area service manager on regular basis. After a long week and a day, technician visited and left without resolving the issue, as he did not get the new pump. Also, they committed to resolve the issue for today, but they are saying they cannot make it today as it's a labor day. These guys are making fool of me for last 10 days. They are asking me to hold on call and that sometimes that duration is 20 min longer. I am literally upset. These guys are not understanding the level of torcher what I am facing because of them. I have wasted my 2 days by waiting for the technician only. I have been calling them every day for 20 mins to get the status of the technician. This is really unfair, weird and unhuman.
