[Resolved] Voltas — Installation not done and request closed | |||
I have requested for split ac installation on 09.06.2017 at my home, which was not attended by the officials of voltas and request has been closed without attending the request. I have received a message on my mobile no that request no [protected] is resolved. It's very bad service by big name voltas. Inver expect this type of service from voltas. It is not the first time, as it is third chance that's why i am bound to complaint about this. Kindly look in to the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||

I requested the voltas service center for replacement of ac's outlet pipe cover. They informed me about the cost that will incur BUT NEVER SHOWED UP FOR THE SERVICE! On inquiring for the second time the receptionist inquired back like "o you have asked for a service." People here are reluctant to provide after sales service
