Voltas — Installation of 1.2 Ton Voltas AC | |||||
I had purchased a 1.2 Ton AC and had it delivered to my home on 20/04/2016. Snapdeal had informed Voltas on the installation on 21/04 and I myself had called up voltas to log a request on 22/04 . Ref # [protected] . I was informed that the installation will be done within 24 business hours or 3 working days but no one has shown up till date. I keep contacting the voltas helpline everyday and they tell me that you will get a callback within 4 hours or 3 hours or 30 mins, varies everyday I call. I have asked them to escalate to the higher management but then again no use. The Service center (SN Engineers) to which voltas has asked to do the installation, does not respond to my calls, cancels it or switches off his phone. I have also tried getting in touch via facebook but the replies are the same all the time "We have notified the concerned team and they will get in touch with you soon". They will not even change the person who is supposed to do the installation. It has really become a pain following up with these people just to get the installation done.
