Dear sir,
I have purchased a inverter model of Volta’s and I’m facing issue since day one they have replaced the outdoor unit and the cooling issue remains same
Kindly need a refund I’m really tired running behind service centre people and booking online complaints
Plz assist me what to do I need a full refund don’t want to use this product kindly do needful and moreover I got 7500 bill with minimu sugar how come it can happen with inverter model again the cooling issue started last week they have filled the gas now the again problem persists plz guide me

I would like to thank Voltas team for replacing the unit
but now the cooling issue has started again
I asked the Voltas authorised technician (Bhaskar )to please visit he is saying last time the person serviced was not good and gas leakage occurred
Now he is asking me to give a chance to repair it and charging 2500rs
Please help me to replace the unit or else I want a total refund for which I will approach legally.
