Dear sir, I have purchased 2 inverter acs. After a long follow up one get installed by your technician. Also he declared that their is manufacturing defect in another ac and installation kept incomplete. It is reported that till date the part required by your technician is not received by him. Please speed up the matter. Please note that at this time i am totally dissatisfied with voltas service and behaviour of technician. I purchase 2 split ac of voltas . But engineer deny to install ac where I want they told they cant install ac. But ac is install same place in other flat.
