Voltas — inverter split ac

The ac is not even 2 months old and i have been facing issues with this. The cooling is not sufficient. The ac is very loud. There is water coming in the indoor unit of the ac

I registered a complaint and had to follow these people up for 7 days on customer care, emails and twitter before a technician visited my house. He was so overconfident and said there is nothing wrong with this and just the filter requires cleaning.

Barely a day after the visit, there is water flowing in the indoor unit. I have small baby at home and it might prove too risky or her.

I can't afford to have a faulty piece at home and keep following up with them for indefinite period before they come and cater to my complaint.

VOLTAS AC is very bad product. We purchased split ac just one year before. Now It has problem of gas leak and cooler coil leakage at 3 places. AC is sent for servicing. It will take more than week or more that is also not sure.Service provided is very poor. I recommend DON'T BUY VOLTAS AC.
