[Resolved]  Voltas — Issue not yet fixed from feb 2016 - keep on complaining no one is ready to attend

Hi, I called up several times on toll free number and Hyderabad service center but no use and no one attended to my complaint. Constant answer i am getting from the customer care team and local service center is we will attempt to day or tomorrow, but no use. Up till today i was stent more than 5k, but issue still exists.

Your Feedback: Recently out door unit fan blade and motor replaced, but still its not working properly. Fan stops running after 5-10 mins of AC starts working. These are my recent service request nos --[protected], [protected] and [protected]. First one is for replacing fan motor, next one is for replacing fan blade and 3rd one is recent request. still not yet attended. Can you please fix the issue asap.
