[Resolved] Voltas — Leakage issue | |||
I lodged complaint against leakage of my new ac 1.5 t against leakage. Product is under warranty 1) i lodged it on 19 may'2016 request no [protected]. No any technician came & matter closed without solving. 2) again i lodged compliant on 29 june[protected]. After so many reminder calls approximate twice daily on 1 june, 3 june, 5 june, 7 june, 8 june, 9 june, 10 june, 11 june. No technician came & matter closed by voltas by sending a sms resolved over phone. Till now 19 may to 11 june, 22 days passed and no any ph came to resolve it. Was this information helpful? | |||
