I have booked 2 installations for Voltas 5-star AC, the first installation is on 30th May-2025. For that installation I paid Rs.1825/- and for the second installation which is done on 29th June-2025 I paid Rs.1616/-.
1.VOLTAS EU 185V VECTRA ELITE-1(s/n-4553558A25DA17639, 4513604D25DA00161): - My complaint is that they ask for 825 Rs for AC installation and 1000 Rs for AC outdoor stand. AC Installation charge is okay, but the AC outdoor stand charge is too much. We can buy the same stand from market for 400 Rs. When I talked to the service center person, he told me that this is the price fixed by Voltas service center. PFA receipt given by service center.
Can you confirm if this stand price is fixed by Voltas service center? if yes then why such a high price is being charged for a stand which can be bought in any market for 400 Rs?
2. VOLTAS EU 185V CAS (s/n- 4553510A24LK29803, 4513555E25CB19401): - My complaint is here that they ask for 1416 Rs for AC installation and 200 Rs for outdoor stand installation. AC Installation charge is okay, but the stand installation charge is not worthy. why should I pay for the AC outdoor stand installation charge anyway they have to install my AC outdoor with same amount.
