Dear sir,

Need your intervenes i have purchase 01 pcs voltas air cooler dt:14.04.16
Model no- desert cooler 60l ve-d60m,
Serial no- 4810014b16a002641

My cooler wheels are not working, it is open condition, i had complain to voltas customer care complain no-[protected] but this complain id not problem has been resolve, again complain dt: 01.06.16 complain no-[protected] for the same, as per my complain both time your service engineer visit my home and repair cooler wheels but both time front of your engineer cooler wheels not fitted in proper position again it is broken. Till the same day my problem is not solve yet also your service engineer not attend this call again not recv. My phone also not provide me job sheet he told me your call has been open so not need in job sheet.Also he told me that he not resolve this case direct contact with voltas team.Already send mail to service head dt:22.02.16 but till now not receive any confirmation

So kindly suggest what can i do?? Your suggestion would be require there after i will complain in consumer forum.
