[Resolved] Voltas — my ac is not cooling

Dear sir,
I jitendra shaw residences at bbd bag sarani ghoshpara bazar nischinda howrah 711227.
Customer service is very poor, they changed gas and compressor still now there is no cooling again they changed cooling coli and they said the problem is same as before this problem is continued 45 days running but they not replace my ac. And within 10 days my ac is not working duration i bought and this my last product of voltas and tata, 2 month i struggling with no cooling ac and kindly replace the product and till now we are in very hot city so please help me with the replacement of product and the service centre make us to suffer lot.
My ac is still in workshop (4weeks)

This is a fake number they get details from reviews and they become voltas services center
Please guys beware about fraud call

I am facing trouble continue for last 6 months for repaired my ac.i have some cooling problem its not yet fixed
At last Mr. RUDRA sir who is my area Manager([protected])they said he will be replace my ac with in 10 to 15 days but its over 1 months  gone but they said its take some time i have also call record/conversation over the phone  between me and Rudra sir.
I don't no whats going on now i am very upset to buy Tata Product.
No one help me now you tell me what do i do the next step

Hi this is avinash from Hyderabad
I had been facing problems with my two 1.5ton Ac's from this year as leakage of gas and leakage of water from indoor unit forming of ice on outdoor unit and lastly one Ac was showing EC in display kindly pls solve my issue asap
