[Resolved] Voltas — my product is in 5 year warranty, but voltas is still charging money for it. | |||
My Product is in 5 Year warranty, but voltas is still charging money for it. I also got following mail 1) 5 year comprehensive warranty ( 1 + 4 year extended) on functional parts, Gas Charging & labor ( for Repairs or replacements except plastic parts like grill, louvers. Etc, of the air conditioner for a period of 60 months from the date of purchase) I registered SR [protected] on 6th July 2018, But they cancelled it b/c I refused money they are asking, The I again registered complaint on 9Th july [protected]. They have now again cancelling citing same reason . According to them gas filling is not covered in warranty, I have got mail that clearly specify that gas charging is covered in warranty. It have been since 6th July, I am suffering, all days I spend 6-8 hour speaking to voltas AC customer care, Please look into this. Was this information helpful? | |||
