[Resolved] Voltas — new ac not cooling | |
I had purchased new voltas split ac 2 ton for sun temple gwalior on 29th march 19. Since last one week ie, 26th april 19 the ac is not cooling. Once the service engineer visited 2 days before and after inspection stated that the gas has leaked due to poor installation. He assured to come the next day to refill the gas, but since yesterday he has not reverted back and he is also not responding to my call. Every time i call the customer care i am assured of quick visit by service engineer but no-one has responded yet. Please take-up this matter and get my ac started at the earliest.
