[Resolved] Voltas — new product installation and demo | |||
This side maninder from delhi. I purchased a new voltas window ac on 27th april 2019 and till now there is nobody out here to install me ac and for demo also.. What kind of customer service is this. I am just pissed off now. After spending a bunch of amount iam still waiting for the ac to be installed. I have called thrice or twice to register and for complaint also. Few minutes back i got a call from a executive of voltas name ishtiyar khan (+[protected]) and he straight away ask me that your ac is installed or not and i told me that somehow managed to out ac on window not properly so yes we need it to checked or to installed properly and we need a demo also bcoz its been 2 days iam waiting for the guy from voltas to come but its my mistake that i trust this brand. So at the end i just want the person to be here by today for demo and to check/ install the ac and to register for 5 years for warranty for compressor or else i will have to take some legal action.
