[Resolved] Voltas — new voltas ac not working | |||
Dear volats team, I registered a complaint regarding the non working of the ac which was purchased some couple months ago. (For reference, kindly go through the registered mobile no - [protected]) It has been more than 48 hours since the complaint registration and numerous reminder, there is no proper response i have got so far in warm and humid weather. We never expect this poor response from a reputed company like voltas. Due to brand only, i purchased the ac. Last time also, when the ac had some problem, volats executive mr. Chandan kumar was sent to my house. His language was very rude and he misbehaved with my family members because of the indirect bribe he claimed and his claim was rejected. The ac is very much problematic since the purchase and stops working some time. Kindly advise when you are sending the mechanics for the repair and also advise what action you have taken against chandan against whom already complaint was registered on phone. I hope that the action would be taken for my request without escalating and legal action against the management of voltas. Was this information helpful? | |||
