[Resolved] Voltas — newly purchased voltas ac not working well | |||
Hello, There has been a huge disappointment in using your voltas 243 zyi model. Let me share few details regarding the same: We had purchased voltas ac model no 243 zyi from aone electronics, maninagar, ahmedabad on 11th may 2018 We had payed a cash amount of rs 45500/- for the same Installation date was 12th may 2018 in the morning. It stopped working @ 17:05 pm, we complained and mr. Vijay had come to repair the same. It was not at all convincing as the cooling was still very low and not upto the mark. Still we thought we should try and took it positively Again to our great disappointment the ac stopped working on 22nd may 2018, we complained and again a different guy called mr tejas came to repair it. We kept our patience and thought that it will work this time. With no proper cooling we kept on emphasing to store that we need a replacement for the same but we never had a proper reply, they kept on lingering things. Again on 02nd june 2018 it stopped working and after various & multiple follow-ups the guy (Tejasbhai) came up on 05th june 2018. There is no cooling, no powercut we need replacement now for the same. Its been highly highly irresponsible of voltas not looking into this matter seriously. Your ac is been purchased by a senior citizen and she has taken such efforts to to go to the store every now and then to complain and get things resolved.
