With reference to our previous complaint regarding the service for our air conditioner we still haven't received any service. It seems that your company is fooling your customer. We are highly disappointed with the type of irresponsibility shown by your staff members. Therefore we only request you to please take strict action against this irresponsible act from your side and provide us with our air conditioner service. We will be highly obliged. Thank you...
