[Resolved] Voltas — No action taken on complaint past one month | |||||
I have raised a complaint on 2nd april 2017 for the cooler that i have purchased. The wheels of the cooler have no grip and are coming out and the cooler is getting tilted. We are unable to use the cooler past one month. I have called the voltas customer care more than 8 times and always said that the technician will contact you in 24 hrs. Till date no call is received from voltas team. My cooler was under warranty when i had placed the complaint. I have been given one service center number and agm number by name mr. Devender-[protected]. I have been trying to reach this person past a week but no one is answering the call. Was this information helpful? | |||||
