Voltas — No follow up on complaints by customer care | |||||
We having voltas wrac 1.5ton 183dy with invoice no skn-0157 using from last 2yrs. Now its compressor not working properly might be some fault comes in that and still compressor is in warranty, So in that case i made call to customer care they were just put my complain in followup but i didnt get any kind of technician help or service.. Same 2-3 times i made call to customer care they were just answering that technician will come with in 48hr.But same helpless. M totally fed by making call to customer care again-again nd didnt get any technician help or service from last 10-13 days... So its an kindly request to pay attention on this case and try to resolve as soon as possible otherwise compose mail to (www.skantinagar.in) to refund our money. Was this information helpful? | |||||
