[Resolved]  Voltas — no response

Dear sir/madam

I am not satisfied for the service provide from cool breeze local authorized voltas service agent. My ac complaint open still 2 months now.

Frist complaint was e3 error, while correct error e3 become e5 error, and its have been on march 24 th 2019. Still the complaint open. Latest update i got that my ac board got failure. Its need to change. This happen last 24 th april-2019 (After one month).
Every date i am getting sms, just to show some movements happening for my request, but the e5 still not rectify by service provider.
Please take back my purchased non quality product and arrange the replacement for the same with penalty. Being india, i purchased indian product and i am getting punished now.

Very bad experience with Voltas ac ...i was purchased ac 10 month before ...just last month...i was shifting room another place... about the same Complents ...i was register with Voltas to re-install ac ...in imergency ... because I have to hand over my Room to owner... between 2 Day's nobody Come or Call about the Same ...also I was calling customer service centar Volts new panvel( takka franchise) they told we have busy schedule will send ...but nobody came...so i was called his employee ..he working in his outlet...he was Removed ac ...now Volts franchise Outlet bleming ...You Removed ac own self/ or 3 Party... You have to pay Gas Charges... I was told him ...I will pay installation Charges ...but gas have to got in under warranty...but they told u have pay ... still my work pending ac installation...very but experience with franchise Voltas new Mumbai.

Please Don't spoil Tata group of Companies name ...if they loyel ...i pay any amount...

Please manegmant have to look ... Issue 🙏
