I bought spil inverter ac 2 ton on 11th april 2019 through tata cliq app, serial no.- onreq[protected].
Customer name - ankit singh, registered id - ankitrajput75. [protected]@gmail.com. Contact no - [protected]. Address - vpo - ujina, district-nuh, haryana (122107).

The service of voltas is very pathetic as they installed ac 10 days after i recieved the ac, that also when i called them around 50 times to install then they came for installation. Thats how their service was.
Now on 4th may, ac stopped working suddenly, i made a request online for repair but still no response, i registered complaint again but no response. Then some guy from my service area called to come and repair but later on he started to ignore and keep on delaying it by saying i will come tomorrow again and again. When i told him to raise complain, he said do whatever you want to do, we will come to repair when we want. That's how they behave with customer. 10 days have passed still no one has come for repair my ac. My family is suffering in this hot summer and the company don't even bother. Even i have registered complaint many times to voltas customer support. But at the end now i am helpless. I request to look upon my grievance and help me out of this. They are fooling customer regarding customer after sales service. Please look upon my concern as soon as possible.

No one resolved my issue. Even just 2 minutes after submitting complain on consumer court webiste, my complain was shown as resolved without any call, mail or any help from the company. Its so heart-breaking as going through all these hurdels after spending this much my hard earned money.

The same reply I am getting since last more than one month after I bought AC. First 12 days no one came to install AC whereas your AC installation time period is within 5 days as per Voltas rules and regulations. Then AC stopped working again I suffered more than 10 days. I am keep on calling service agent, keep on calling customer services the same reply you give, just assurance and we are working. Till today no one has to fix it, that's how your service is. I am suffering in this hot summer my family is suffering, did I pay 50k INR just to suffer and go all through this in this hot summer. Who is responsible for this? I want Voltas to compensate me for this entire 1 month suffering. Otherwise I have to go through with legal proceedings in consumer court. I'am just fed up now.

Its been around one month till now no one is concern about the problem. Eeverytime I get reply that we are working on your problem thats it but at the end no result. I am really pissed off with Voltas.

I have purchased my ac last year 11-4-18 before due date i had call many times but any of the customer care did not receive my call.
Now when finally they picked my call and file my complaint ...
They are saying that we have to pay for service .
Highly disappointed .
We want free service as it was due .

I have voltas split air conditioner. It is not cooling. I am complaint regularly but no response. There service center is very bad. Technicians not professional. I have done already amc my ac. Nobody purchase voltas products because after service is very bad.

      Hi team,

      I purchased the new voltas splite ac on april 2019 and voltas executive came for installation at home. He broken the ac pipe line and ac gas has been leaked now.

      This is the request please help me for resoving the issue of leakaging of gas of ac.
      What is happening now my room is cooling property and not looking good install of ac at room. I want complain that please reinstall the ac again use the correct ac pipe line so that it can work properly.

          I have purchased Voltas AC on 28th April 2019 and product installed on 29th April-19,
          after two days my product is not working properly i have raised several complain to Voltas customer care but still no any posetive response given by the company.

          i contact to RCSM of voltas delhi NCR his response is also not good today i talk with service center people and RCSM and confirm me that techinician is visited within 1-1.5 hrs but still not visited.

            I purchase voltas air cooler last year on 25 april 2018 and 15 days back cooler stop working. When i inform to that store and ask for warranty they told us that voltas engineer come at your home resolve the issue. After 15 days yesterday voltas engineer came and told your motor not working and need to replace.
            We ask for warranty that person told now your product is out of warranty so you have to pay money for motor (Rs. 2500/-) and motor have no any warranty.

            What type of service you are providing don't now.

            From last 15 days i am regularly trying to contact through customer care and shop where i purchase that product but they come after 15 days and saying your product is out of warranty.

            And engineer open the cooler and without closing they left.

              I bought voltas air cooler on 21st april 2019 from bajaj electronics, hyderabad. It is not cooling properly since the beginning. I raised a request on 7th may and started calling customer care daily. No one came for repair so far. Today when i called up customer care i was told that my request is closed.                     Hello sir/madam

                    Subject:- regarding cooling problem in recently buy ac

                    I had purchased voltas 1.5ton ac on 18 feb 2019. 15 day ago, when we start ac it did not cooling at all. Then i raise complaint against that issue. After couple of days technician come to my house and check ac and said that there is the gas leakage problem. Other technician come tomorrow and solve the leakage problem.
                    On next day, same person come who install the ac when we bought. He said leakage in your internal pipe. He can't do anything in this. I said shift ac to the another room, then he charged rs 3500 money for shifting ac to another room. And said that there will be also charge of rs 500 for checking another room pipe and also include the installation fees of another room.
                    So my question is.. When you first install the ac. Then why you people can't check that pipe. It's his duty to check the pipe leakage. Now he is charging for money to check pipe leakage. Nobody resolve our problem neither your technician nor the seller from whom we bought ac. Nor your customer care representative responding correctly. First he cut call in the middle of the conversation and when i call again. He pick call but not speaking.. I have a call recording of this too. The customer care no given on the ac box is also not reachable too.
                    Please, resolve my problem as soon as possible. Why should i pay extra money. When none of my fault in this. It's your technician duty after checking install ac is working properly or not.

                    I am very disappointed from your service and your product quality.

                    I am writing this letter to complaint about the faulty air conditioner, which I bought from Voltas company on February 2019.

                    This air-conditioner was installed in my bedroom on April. Few days later, I found that the air-conditioner did not function properly. In particular, it was not doing cooling at all. The worst thing was that, when I switch it on, it throw a hot air.

The representative of your company always visit and filled gas in AC and assure us that it will not happen again. Last time I asked them to exchange the faulty air-conditioner for a new one. There attitude towards me was quite unhelpful. Even though I pointed out that the air-conditioner was guaranteed, he refused to provide a replacement. It's been 6 month and still struggling with your representative.

                    This sort of behaviour is completely unacceptable. I demand that you either replace the air-conditioner immediately or refund my money. If you do not do so, I shall take this matter to the Consumer Council.

                      I bought voltas ac last year and was installed by voltas technicians at my home in gurgaon.
                      This year i shifted from gurgaon to hyderabad,
                      Got ac dismantled by voltas technician (Sr - [protected]) at my gurgaon residence.
                      Got ac installed by voltas technicians (Sr - [protected]) at my hyderabad residence.
                      The ac was not installed properly, was not cooling, below are requests open from last month,

                      Technician visited once charged us got refilling but problem not resolved.

                      They simply close the requests without actually solving the problem.

                      My family is having a real tough time in this hot summer due to inefficiency of voltas on solving the issue while ac is still under warranty.

                      As a last resort, i am raising this formal complain, i would raise this in social media platform if my issue is not resolved this week.

                            We have purchased the cooler on 7th april 2019. The water pump stopped taking water and we have registered the complaint on 10th april. The technician has not visited us since then. We have been repeatedly calling the customer care and the technician as well. The cooler has stopped working completely.

                            We would like to get this cooler replaced at earliest.

                            This behavior of customer care and technician is very irresponsible and could not be tolerated. They are not taking even the responsibility of calling back the customer and above that they say we will visit you by today evening.

                              Actually we requested for the replace or return but some how the seller cheated us. By telling so many lies. I believe the seller knows that the AC is damaged well in advance but still they delivered just to cheat customer.

                              The pack is damaged remote and manual missed. But even then we are forced to install as we were denied the replacement or return. We struggled a lot. Now after installation the AC didn’t work as it gave E6 error. But the technician cheated us that the error cannot be fixed until we got Remote just to grab ₹2000 installation charge. When we googled it was other issue. So again we raised complaint. They visited and told now it is sensor issue. But when they checked censor it was good. So this time they said it was wiring issue. So came again and checked it on 11th May 2019. Now they are telling that it should be board issue. So the story keeps going. It already more than month. Struggling lot. So we request you to replace the AC with other new working one. Also we need compensation for the things happening...

                              As on 16 May 2019, Voltas waiting for the board. As I already mentioned even after more than a month after we delivered the damaged and remote missing AC, it’s not in working condition. Though we have all solid proofs that the whole issue is with seller, we are struggling with the damaged one. Already the summer itself getting over now. Request you to replace with the new working AC soon. Also I need confirmed compensation for the problem we are facing from the day 1.

                                pc01 error occur

                                Last week i buy new volta's 1.5 to. 3 star inverter ac.. My new volta's 1.5 tan inverter ac show error pc01 without stabiliser and it shows pc 04 with v guard vnw 400 stabiliser.. Nobady that means any volta's technicians knows about this error.. Still the error is not cleared. Am totally upset.. And i lose my trust on volta's.. I want to refund it.....
