This is in reference of ac purchased through invoice no 298, purchased from Rajasthan electronics on 25 apr, 2019 which is installed on 27 apr by Voltas authorise service centre, which is not working properly from day one, I complained to service centre many time, every time a engineer come and gives me a modified opinion such as (stabiliser is not working properly, Capistor is not working, window is not working )no one gave me a satisfactory response regarding the issue in AC, on top of that when I called customer care they put the call on hold for 20 min and then also no response was there, another thing I would like to bring in notice is that I did not provide otp and signature too on the job sheet but the executive closes the request on his own stating that the problem is resolved, this is the worst customer support service I have ever noticed in my life, I am enclosing uh the picture of bill, call logs .
This is a humble request to get into the matter as soon as possible as I have patient lying into the bed because of which I purchased the AC
