Hello sir/madam

Subject:- regarding cooling problem in recently buy ac

I had purchased voltas 1.5ton ac on 18 feb 2019. 15 day ago, when we start ac it did not cooling at all. Then i raise complaint against that issue. After couple of days technician come to my house and check ac and said that there is the gas leakage problem. Other technician come tomorrow and solve the leakage problem.
On next day, same person come who install the ac when we bought. He said leakage in your internal pipe. He can't do anything in this. I said shift ac to the another room, then he charged rs 3500 money for shifting ac to another room. And said that there will be also charge of rs 500 for checking another room pipe and also include the installation fees of another room.
So my question is.. When you first install the ac. Then why you people can't check that pipe. It's his duty to check the pipe leakage. Now he is charging for money to check pipe leakage. Nobody resolve our problem neither your technician nor the seller from whom we bought ac. Nor your customer care representative responding correctly. First he cut call in the middle of the conversation and when i call again. He pick call but not speaking.. I have a call recording of this too. The customer care no given on the ac box is also not reachable too.
Please, resolve my problem as soon as possible. Why should i pay extra money. When none of my fault in this. It's your technician duty after checking install ac is working properly or not.

I am very disappointed from your service and your product quality.

I am writing this letter to complaint about the faulty air conditioner, which I bought from Voltas company on February 2019.

This air-conditioner was installed in my bedroom on April. Few days later, I found that the air-conditioner did not function properly. In particular, it was not doing cooling at all. The worst thing was that, when I switch it on, it throw a hot air.

Therefore, I visit the broker the owner of "Paras enterprise" and he called your company’s customer car service 5 to 6 time. The representative of your company always visit and filled gas in AC and assure us that it will not happen again. Last time I asked them to exchange the faulty air-conditioner for a new one. There attitude towards me was quite unhelpful. Even though I pointed out that the air-conditioner was guaranteed, he refused to provide a replacement. It's been 6 month and still struggling with your representative.

This sort of behaviour is completely unacceptable. I demand that you either replace the air-conditioner immediately or refund my money. If you do not do so, I shall take this matter to the Consumer Council.

    I am not satisfied for the service provide from cool breeze local authorized voltas service agent. My ac complaint open still 2 months now.

    Frist complaint was e3 error, while correct error e3 become e5 error, and its have been on march 24 th 2019. Still the complaint open. Latest update i got that my ac board got failure. Its need to change. This happen last 24 th april-2019 (After one month).br...

    I bought voltas ac last year and was installed by voltas technicians at my home in gurgaon.
    This year i shifted from gurgaon to hyderabad,
    Got ac dismantled by voltas technician (Sr - [protected]) at my gurgaon residence.
    Got ac installed by voltas technicians (Sr - [protected]) at my hyderabad residence.
    The ac was not installed properly, was not cooling, below are requests open from last month,
    Sr - [protected] and sr - [protected]
    Technician visited once charged us got refilling but problem not resolved.

    They simply close the requests without actually solving the problem.

    My family is having a real tough time in this hot summer due to inefficiency of voltas on solving the issue while ac is still under warranty.

    As a last resort, i am raising this formal complain, i would raise this in social media platform if my issue is not resolved this week.

      The machine has not been working properly for the past few days. Your technician came on 6th may, he checked and told that the compressor does not work.

        I bought the voltas ac in last june and i registered the the complain for pm but no came yo my place for my ac pm.
        Many calls to customer care and local customer care but no response yet.
        Local customer care name - mujahid - [protected] said will be done today, everytimes i call him he said will be done but end of the no one came.

        Toll free no - [protected]- said we will communicate the local center every time. Already mail but no response on mail.
        Please look in to this matter and do the needful.

          We have purchased the cooler on 7th april 2019. The water pump stopped taking water and we have registered the complaint on 10th april. The technician has not visited us since then. We have been repeatedly calling the customer care and the technician as well. The cooler has stopped working completely.

          We would like to get this cooler replaced at earliest.

          This behavior of customer care and technician is very irresponsible and could not be tolerated. They are not taking even the responsibility of calling back the customer and above that they say we will visit you by today evening.

          Please take the necessary actions at earliest.

            Actually we requested for the replace or return but some how the seller cheated us. By telling so many lies. I believe the seller knows that the AC is damaged well in advance but still they delivered just to cheat customer.

            The pack is damaged remote and manual missed. But even then we are forced to install as we were denied the replacement or return. We struggled a lot. Now after installation the AC didn’t work as it gave E6 error. But the technician cheated us that the error cannot be fixed until we got Remote just to grab ₹2000 installation charge. When we googled it was other issue. So again we raised complaint. They visited and told now it is sensor issue. But when they checked censor it was good. So this time they said it was wiring issue. So came again and checked it on 11th May 2019. Now they are telling that it should be board issue. So the story keeps going. It already more than month. Struggling lot. So we request you to replace the AC with other new working one. Also we need compensation for the things happening...

            As on 16 May 2019, Voltas waiting for the board. As I already mentioned even after more than a month after we delivered the damaged and remote missing AC, it’s not in working condition. Though we have all solid proofs that the whole issue is with seller, we are struggling with the damaged one. Already the summer itself getting over now. Request you to replace with the new working AC soon. Also I need confirmed compensation for the problem we are facing from the day 1.

              pc01 error occur

              Last week i buy new volta's 1.5 to. 3 star inverter ac.. My new volta's 1.5 tan inverter ac show error pc01 without stabiliser and it shows pc 04 with v guard vnw 400 stabiliser.. Nobady that means any volta's technicians knows about this error.. Still the error is not cleared. Am totally upset.. And i lose my trust on volta's.. I want to refund it.....

              I had purchased a voltas 1.5 ton inverter ac on 2nd may 2019. A company installation guy came and installed the ac in a hefty condition. On the first night itself, water started dripping out of the ac. I made a complaint on customer care number but no one appeared. After 2 days, the ac stopped cooling and worked just as a fan. Thrice i made a complaint, they came and checked repaired but no result came out. I request voltas to repair it asap or replace the unit asap. My contact number is +91 [protected].

                I have purchased a new voltas 1.5 ton ac and its pathetic product... Very bad service too.

                The 3rd of the product i was told that gas is leaked out and we need to refill which we did as had no choice, very less used after that as we moved out for vacation and when came back it's the same situation again. Again requested for the technician to come and discovered there was absolutely no gas left now... There technician come to visit with no knowledge on the product & absolutely no intent to service. Poo very poor product and service too...

                Please get this addressed.

                  After receiving the product, i have sent the sms to specific number (Wta to [protected]) mentioned by voltas 5 to 6 times. Also registered the product online. But never got the email or any call was made by them. Looks like voltas has cheated us by the name of extended warranty. Very much disappointed with voltas. This was my 1st buy from voltas and looks like it would be my last also. If this fraudulent continues every one will get to know about this scam.

                      I am from ghaziabad (Up), i have purchased a volatas ac - model no – 185lzh from ‘bhardwaj electronics’ (Gstin : 09agppb3947a1zj). At the time of installation, we got to know that inner fan is breakable so we immediately told this to dealer but he’s not accepting that and try to convince us for repairing but after our long heated discussion anyhow he said ok to replace it but the second delivered product also a dented one from the ‘pcb’ side (Looks like this was also a rejected piece from some other customer). Once i again conveyed this to dealer, he said this was as designed if still any doubt please connect with voltas customer care.
                      Then, i called the customer care of voltas, they send two people (One person name was ‘rajan kumar’) a teen students who only wear a voltas card and claimed as service engineer? Once we shown them a dented part, he told us that it is defective piece and we cannot help you please talk to our lead – baljeet pal – area owner of voltas, after few more heated discussion he said you have to talk to dealer and dealer said i am not going to replace this, please connect with service center, not sure what to do in this case? Why i accept the dented product? Is this service you people are providing to the customers?
                      A big no…… one should definitely avoid buying voltas products. You will regret it after buying. Believe me!!! Once i search in net i found few other customers also cheated such way? I am shocked, why this brand is taking customers as granted? I will never recommend to anyone for voltas……..

                        I am tamal banerjee. My address is 5/9/20 hazarhat kalitala lane west bengal howrah -711104. I submitted a service request for my split ac servicing on 09th of may on voltas portal, my service request number is [protected] for the date of 11th of may 2019. There is also an option to select the time as per my preference so as a service holder i have selected the time of 9.30 a. M for my ac servicing. Now it is 1pm but no one yet called me for this purpose. I have called thrice in voltas care number i. E [protected] on 10.52a. M, 11.02a. M and 11.27a. M. First time when i called in voltas care there executive told me that the service request is raised on an priority basis and it is forwarded to our nearest service center named "cool wave" and gave me a number of that service provider i. E [protected] which is invalid. After that i called on the voltas customer care number for the second time and told him about this thing and he also told me that my service request has been raised on priority basis. On 11.21 a. M i got a messege that my request no-[protected] assigned to engg kaushik, phn no -[protected]. I called this person and asked about when he is gonna come to my place but he told me that he is not gonna come to do the ac servicing at my place, its just a number, someone else gonna look after my service request. That is when i called the voltas care for the third time and the customer care executive told me that i have booked the service request for the evening session where as i have booked it for the morning session. After that i called this person (Engg kaushik, phn no -[protected]) and asked for their office number. He gave me a phone number i. E - [protected]. I called on this number and a lady picked up the call and told me that their service center is open from 11am to 6pm, the service person will come within that only, and when i asked her about the message that is send to me regarding the service person number she told me that its just a message that guy will not come someone else gonna come and after that cut the phone.

                        I would like to request you to please look into this. My one whole day office is being spoiled due to this thing. They (The voltas guys and the service center guys and the lady) behaved like they only have the value of time and my value of time doesn't matter to them. Please look into this and do the needful on an urgent basis. It is almost 1.30 pm but still i didnt get a single call from those guys.                           I have purchased volta's 1.5 ton split ac on 27th april and it has been installed on 29th april. Next day after the installation the remote is not working. I. E only on /off button is working nothing else working. I have informed this problem to installation team. They told me that it hardly takes one week to replace without any inspection. So i lodged complaints online with cc. They gave me req no for my complaint and told me within 24 hrs problem will be solved. Technicians came and inspect the problem and told me that remote sensor is not working g properly. And suggest to inform the same to installation team. Now the ac installed person is saying that u need to give request no hen only i can process ur request. I don't know why initially tell this. Again he is saying that it take one weeks time. Its hot summer i n chennai. Bp aircon installed the ac for volta's company.in midnight our family is suffering lot. Even after paying 35000 rupees for ac we could not feel comfort. I suggest if it is not solved, people do not go for voltas bcos of poor service

                            Voltas complaint request no-[protected]

                            My air cooler - tower cooler 25l vm-t25mh. Voltas 4810050b17l006234 purchased on 04/02/2018 (Warranty for 2 years) faced motor issue and the main motor needs to be replaced. I have been calling vijaykumar sutar ([protected]) everyday, but he shows no interest in solving the issue. After lot of efforts, he finally agreed to send his mechanic to check the cooler. He checked the cooler and told that the motor needs to be replaced. But since more than 50days there is no show from vijaykumar nor the mechanic. I have been calling them everyday for some response. According to my knowledge, this problem is not been reported in office.
                            This is a complete inefficient way of work form the company side as the employee’s are not able to support the customer at this hot hour of the year.
                            I expect a reply to this complaint considering the amount of time i have been waiting to solve this issue.

                              I have a voltas split ac model 1.5t 183 sy.
                              Bought it from croma in 2017. I have the bill and invoice.

                              From the day one this ac has given me problems.. The installation guy installed and we had to call him again within few days.. Found that there was gas leakage from the beginning. He filled gas and rectified the leakage.

                              There was.. No cooling even after that had to complain again the same guy came and said that "you are living in top floor with direct roof" so entire heat is settled on roof and therefore cooling takes longer time!

                              We usually run the ac in 24/25 believe me or not the ac keeps running for 8/9 hours straight in the night without cutoff!
                              (Clear indication that room is not cooling)

                              Again we complained the so called technician gave the same reason! "you are living in top floop" so no cooling.

                              No solution.. We had to use the ac as it is..

                              It's been 3 years now..in 2019 and we have got 3 floor above us and we are no more below the roof!!

                              And yet again this season also the same problem no cooling no cutoff

                              We have serviced the ac every 6 months..

                              Yet to get a solution.. We don't have plans for replacing the ac...

                                This is in reference of ac purchased through invoice no 298, purchased from Rajasthan electronics on 25 apr, 2019 which is installed on 27 apr by Voltas authorise service centre, which is not working properly from day one, I complained to service centre many time, every time a engineer come and gives me a modified opinion such as (stabiliser is not working properly, Capistor is not working, window is not working )no one gave me a satisfactory response regarding the issue in AC, on top of that when I called customer care they put the call on hold for 20 min and then also no response was there, another thing I would like to bring in notice is that I did not provide otp and signature too on the job sheet but the executive closes the request on his own stating that the problem is resolved, this is the worst customer support service I have ever noticed in my life, I am enclosing uh the picture of bill, call logs .
                                This is a humble request to get into the matter as soon as possible as I have patient lying into the bed because of which I purchased the AC

                                  Yesterday night we have purchased the voltas mega 60s. After filing water in tank it's likege both sides. I have raised complaint already no body not yet responded.

                                  First time i bought this product and never used past. I used symphony cooler earlier and still now no problem.

                                  So please take proper action and give us proper service or replace the product asap.

                                  Otherwise i will take nessary action for his issue.
