[Resolved] Voltas — no service provided since ac is purchased last year. | |||
I have purchased a split ac of 1.5 ton last year for my home. Since then no service has been provided. Even i have raise request for routine service twice since march this year but request was closed with the comment :customer has changed the schedule." whereas as i have never been contacted by anyone. I have attached screen shot of one of the request raised. I have purchased voltas ac this time only looking at the brand name of tata group but fact is very much unacceptable for services. I already have another ac of lloyds and fully satisfied with the services. I am feeling voltas is my very bad selection. Was this information helpful? | |||
