Hi raised a breakdown request for my 1 ton split AC on the 21st of April 2017. An engineer visited my residence the next day and was unable to rectify the issue. He said that there is an issue with the compressor and a service engineer would visit my place on the 22nd of April 2017. Nobody turned up for the next two days. I decided to call up the customer care for escalation of the issue but to my utter surprise, nobody responded to my concern and I was hung up over the phone for six consecutive times. Finally for the seventh time, there was a polite agent who answered my call and gave me the contact details for the local service centre. I called up the service centre and the owner told me that they do not have compressor in stock and they would only visit my place once it is available and he did not commit on a specified date. I do not understand the level of customer service you offer to your customers. Also, is there only one service centre in entire New Delhi? I want this is issue rectified immediately else I move to the consumer court and seek justice and adequate compensation. Was this information helpful? | |||
