[Resolved] Voltas — non functioning of newly purchased window ac 1.5 ton | |||||
I have purchased two window acs each 1.5 ton volt from one of the renowned dealers viz. Rathna cools private ltd. (Rathna fan house), chennai-17 in the month of march 28, 2018 and may 26, 2018 respectively. The acs were purchased using the name tata which is held in high esteem in the eyes of the public. Right after the installation, after some days both started giving troubles. We, the senior citizens have to suffer in this hot summer. Now, one ac unit, which was purchased on march 28, 2018 is completely non functional from[protected] onwards. Complaint booked to call center on 13/6/2018. Complaint no:[protected]. The other ac unit is also not giving satisfactory out put. The complaint no for the other one which was purchased on may 26, 2018 is [protected]. On 18/06/18 one mechanic visited and checked both units, telling me that the unit purchased on march has lost its gas and so cooling is not there. He further said that the matter will be reported to his boss (Rite aircons). We have five years guarantee for the units. But the unit became faulty within two months of its purchase. As of now nobody has turned up for further action. Six days are over, after booking the complaints. Now ii need the unit to be replaced with a good unit. I dont want any fault repairing on that unit.
