[Resolved]  Voltas — non replacement of defective inverter air conditioner

I purchased an inverter ac on 14.02.2018. after installation i did not operated much the ac as it was winter season. on 1st of april when i started the ac i found the compressor of the ac is not running for more then 2 minutes. start/stop is continuous. is lodged the complaint No.[protected] on 08.04.2018. after a lot of efforts by the service engineer it could not be put into work. since then i repeatedly in contact with the voltas service engineer, customer care, area office bhubaneswar but no one is taking pain to put my new AC into work. my new ac should be replaced with another new one. why should i keep one defective AC. WORST SERVICE BY VOLTAS.

After a lot of efforts the AC could not be put into work. after one month of waiting they send one PCB for outdoor unit which did not match, then we did not allow further repairing and demanded for replacement. They informed that they got approval for replacement of indoor unit only. I agreed, but even after two months(8th April), they did not provide the indoor unit. every day they are saying that they are sending it tomorrow but in vein. if the indoor unit is not available in stock then why they obtained for approval of indoor unit. They should provide the full unit (out door & indoor)
