[Resolved] Voltas — Not getting service inspite of ac is under warrenty | |||||
I have requested for first service for my New AC through request no [protected] on 9th Apr-16 but no one visited my flat for the same. Again called your customer care on 16th April and they raised another request #[protected] but no visited my flat on that call also. After getting frustrated I was again called your customer care on 21st & 23rd April against request No's. [protected] & [protected] but these times results are same, neither got any call nor any one visited my flat for service. Suddenly I found a water leakage in my AC & immediately I called your customer care on 5th May-16 & created a separate request no [protected] but till today no one visited my flat against this complain. All the request No's are still pending. I am surprised to see this kind of service from a reputed brand like Voltas. If I would have known this kind of service I would get from Voltas then definitely I wouldn't go for it. This is very ridiculous after spending so much of money a customer is begging for service inspite of the AC is under warrenty. Was this information helpful? | |||||
