[Resolved] Voltas — not good service in haryana | |||
Good morning, Matter today i am discussing about the service of a. C in the area of rewari, haryana. I have purchased a tata voltas split 1.5 ton a. C. On feburary/march 2017. After impressed from the advertisement and media promotion of this a. C, i were decided to purchase the tata ac also i were became first time customer of tata voltas a. C. My a. C. Was installed in feb 2017.in the first year i have seen problem many times related to leakage of water many times from the ac. After the winter season when i wanted to start my ac again then according to the procedure i had called to the customer care for the first service of my ac, after that they came at my home. After that when they were doing service i was shocked because they were using a toothbrush to clean the indoor unit of my ac and for the outdoor unit they were throwing water by a cup. When i asked to them that why are you not using proper instrument which are provided by tata voltas a. C. Than in answer they told that we are not authorised persons of voltas ac's. And our boss has not provided a single instrument to us. At the same time i had arranged the number of area manager of tata voltas and discussed the same problem. Than he told that we would arranged the instrument next time. I asked again to him that is that service is proper than he told that it is not proper but you will not see a single problem after service. Now i am facing problem related to the cooling of a. C. Problem what i have faced till now only pertinent to the service as tata has not perfect trained service engineer in this area. I request to voltas that please send authorised tata voltas service engineer this time and as my previous service was not done properly so this service will be free of cost.
