[Resolved] Voltas — not happy with product and service

Sir,
I sachin bhadekar residence of vashi New Mumbai, is a regular customer of Voltas since decade.
Last month we have purchased a Air conditioner from Vashi Top 10 shop.
Since we purchased a/c has water leakage issue. Hence we called Voltas customer care to logged a complaint. As of now three times technician visited but still problem been not solved. And we are not able to use the ac in this hot summer time.
Hence sending this mail directly to you and expecting for quick solution on said subject.
