1. This organisation having 3 window ac voltas which are in within warranty period. The initial two services by the representative was not satisfactory. The representative of your firm came for final services were not having essential equipment i. E pressure pipe for cleaning. Your firm was informed in advance that representative of your firm must having pressure pipe while carrying out final service. The requirement of pressure pipe was also brought to the notice of your representative during the initial two services. However, your representative has told that the servicing with pressure pipe will be carried out at the final service. 2.
