[Resolved]  Voltas — p3 error code on voltas ac bought 5 days back

Hi team,

I am getting p3 error code on the ac bought 5 days back. I want you guys to fix this as soon as possible or replace the entire ac set because problem within 5 days is completely unacceptable. I turned off but again p3 error reported in display after 1 hr.
Secondly, i reported for cooling issues with request id - [protected]. None has reported as of now. For installation i had to follow-up multiple times with email and call. Your technician demanded additional money which i have also posted in the email.
Guys, whosoever else is have issues like this with voltas just record the instance let's sue the company for pathetic service.

As per the last 3 call recording Voltas was about to visit today(call recording attached in email sent to Voltas) but no visit done today.Now they are scheduled for tomorrow visit between 12-2.

Please note that every harassment caused to the customer is being documented.

Recently installed voltas split ac around 2 weeks back... suddenly showing p3 error..what the damn thing is that...AC is not working since then properly...so dissapointing to face such a pathetic problem so soon...
