Request/complaint no. [protected] ac specification voltas split ac 1.5 ton. Have been checked by 3 technicians but exact problem couldn't be identified by technicians. They had taken out pvc plate to their centre for 10 days saying there is some fault in it. And when it was brought back again there was short circuit done by technician while putting back ac then they said there is some fault in motor. Later they said no motor is also not faulty, there is some other issue, exact problem no technician was able to identify and resolve.ac is in such condition from almost a month.

What are we suppose to do, we are tired of calling in service centre n number of times and not getting back a proper response and long lasting fix for ac problem. This is really very frustrating taking such follow up calls and voltas service people not giving proper concrete response back.

    Hi. I just called a person named flavin (Contact number : [protected]). He is working in voltas at address, 624, teynampet, chennai, tamil nadu 600018. When looking for the contact number in google, i found his number and called him, which is how a customer will do. But the way he started talking from the beginning of the call is so rude and even harassed me with abusive words askig to not call to this number as that is his personal number. When i ask then why the number is in the contact numbers list, he is asking me to contact google and change it. Ridiculous, is it?. I am also a tata employee. I don't expect this kind of behaviour will keep up the tata's brand reputation.

      We had booked a request [protected] on 20/04 through volta's customer care. Customer care redirected us to contact a service centre tagged for us. We had also received a message from volta's that appointment is booked on the same date.
      We later contacted service centre as instructed by customer care. They replied that technicians are on the way at 7:00pm but no one came till 9pm. We had contacted the service center on 21/04. They said a person is in the way. At 9:58 am we received call from a person asking the details such as registered number and the issue. Later he informed that some other person would be attending the case at 11:30 am. At 2:30 pm we again contacted customer care but another appointment was booked. Also the service centre also had said no appointment were booked on 20/04. When we wanted to escalate things through customer care they were again asking us to contact service centre to get the details from them and informing that agents have 3 days or 24 working hours of sla to attend a complaint which iss opposed to the message notification we had which said appointment booked for 20/04.

      We want you take necessary actions as the process seems to be inefficient and confusing for customers and service centre are just trying to neglect their actions as they simply sent a notification, stating the mobile is not reachable when it was still available and they gave a contact number which was unreachable.

      Note: the product was just purchased just 2 weeks before and it was to give comfort to a ill patient.

      The whole process is making us strain and stressful when it should be case of just simply registering a complaint and voltas sending a technician as opposed to contact a service centre.

      Also we want to know what is actual time frame within which the requests are acted upon. The service desk agent referring to 8 hrs but failed to mention which 8. So i am going to assume it means the agents are working from 2-10 pm unless it's being said otherwise.

        p3 error code on voltas ac bought 5 days back

        I am getting p3 error code on the ac bought 5 days back. I want you guys to fix this as soon as possible or replace the entire ac set because problem within 5 days is completely unacceptable. I turned off but again p3 error reported in display after 1 hr.

        Dear sir/madam,

        I had purchased a voltas windows ac 1.5 ton ac - model bza ac from tatacliq on 26-june -2018. However i didn't install the product as my house construction was going on.

        2 days earlier when the ac was installed, it didn't work and then i raised a request yesterday i. E. On[protected] for service.
        Service request no.[protected] and [protected].

        The engineer who visited house today first asked for the bill and the next he started ranting is why did you purchase it online?

        The following are the evens and frustration he had on us for purchasing it online:
        1. Product is duplicate and defective
        2. You will charged 1500 service charges just because we had purchased it online. He even went to mention that had i purchased it offline, the service charges would have been 500/- rupees. " god knows what on heaven sake i did mistake.
        3. Without even checking the product, he told pcb is gone, either it is to be repaired or completely replaced which will cost us somewhere between[protected].

        Later on upon checking with voltas customer care, i was informed that the product is covered under warranty and no charges has to be paid to the concerned engineer.

        I have few questions here:
        1. What mistake i committed by purchasing it online that too when voltas is a tata product and tatacliq is also a tata product?
        2. Why is the step motherly attitude shown to people who purchase it online?
        3. And to why i have to pay the charges when the product is covered under amc.

            We have purchased voltas ac from vijay sales (Goregaon east branch) on 15th april 2019 & received delivery on 16th april 2019. Since 4 days at least 4 to 5 time in a day we called your toll free number for installation ([protected]) every time we got new appointment date. Still there is no installation done. Your customer care use to listen our story and then kept us on hold for 15 mins & later call gets disconnects. Worst experience.

              I am having a voltas split ac. I m very disappointed from this brand and it's services. I will never purchase this company products again and never refer/suggest to anyone.. I have complained so many time but there person never responded properly...                 I have purchased ac 1.5 ton on 17 apr 2019, frm naresh marketing raipur, initiaaly dealer did not line up the installtion schdule properly... After installetion engineer informed that remote is faulty and promised to deliver remote next day. After so much folow up, no one inform us the status when the remote will be delivered... This is pathetic service, response given by dealer... Mental harrasment... Tired to do so many followup... Really it is unbeleible that voltas has supplied faulty remote... Very bad image... Really we will never think to buy voltas... Even not recommend friends to buy the same...

                  I bought a voltas 1 ton inverter ac on 14/4/2019 and was installed on 18/4/2019. I am unhappy with non standard installation carried out by your staff, who had no proper tools and their workmanship very poor. The copper tube connecting the external unit not properlyaid and their approach towards customer very arrogant. This is the standard of the installation of your product no one will recommend for your acts.

                    Hello there,

                    I have purchased Voltas AC 1.5 ton, but the technician when came for installation told me that It will cost around 5000 Rs for the installation work. He used copper pipe and finally once the installation was completed, he found and told that the installation cost is 11500 Rs.
                    It is very disappointment and dissatisfaction for me. Si have talked to customer care and also talked the ASM for the issue, but they are not responding. Why such poor response from Voltas ? I am waiting for the proper resolution asap, otherwise I will take legal action for the same.
                    How could the estimated cost of Rs 5000 becomes 11500Rs ?

                      I have raised a complain for my AC that it is not cooling a week ago and i got information that Service charge is 500 & Gas Refilling Charge is 2000 & 18% GST.

                      Now the issue is your service center team of Jhalawar came yesterday and opened all my units of AC and after checking they said that they will come tomorrow & fill the gas in AC. Now today they simply called me asked for Rs. 4000 without telling me the information of charges included in this and they are not providing me the bill also. My Complain Sr. No. is : [protected] .

                      Dear Sir,

                      I am writing this letter to grab attention on my issue. I have registered a complain regarding my AC unit is not cooling on 14th of April . With few disputes with the Service Center I have registered a complain with you on 18th of April. Till now Voltas Authorized AC service Center is not able to resolve my issue.

                      DEar Sir Please pay attenion on these points:
                      1. After Submitting a complain your Service Center personal asked me to Pay much more amount.
                      2. He left my indoor unit opened for about 7 to 10 days and visited to my place after the interference of Mr. Kailash Chandra Sharma.
                      3. After 5 to 7 days he came and work with outdoor unit( Fill the Gas) .
                      4. After that he said all the things are right now there must be no issue with your unit but after that also the problem remains same.
                      5. Aftre so many calls and appointments he came on 10 may and took my indoor unit with himself for testing and told me that within 2 days it will be ok and get installed on my place.
                      6. once again after so many calls and he came on 22nd of may and installed my AC indoor unit.
                      7. I called him on 23rd and told him about the issue that remains same.

                      but now till today he is not able to visit to my place.

                      Now I just want to know Sir is this the way to handle a Consumer that is trusted on you only. We have purchased the AC from Voltas and was the happy customer till date but Sorry to say that your service team is not as per the standard of you.

                      If a single problem is not resolved after 50 days during the summer time that is the most required time for AC then please tell me what is the use of my AC.

                      I request you to kindly interfere in between the issue and try to resolve my issue asap.

                      I am sorry to say that Voltas, The leading brand of India, is a company that is not able to reaolve an issue for two months and no one cares about it.

                      I just want to know sir is this is the way to satisfy a customer.

                      Sorry to say that I have registered my complain on apr 12 and till date Voltas is not able to resolve the issue.

                      Now just finally tell me what I need to do to to get rid of this problem and how much time it will take from today to resolve the issue and also feel free to tell me if Voltas is not able to resolve the issue.

                      No SIr,

                      After 6 months of time span I was informed that my pcb of outer unit is damaged and it will cost around 13000.

                      Now my question is
                      1. during the time of complaint my ac unit was properly working except cooling.
                      2. I have registered a complaint regarding the same in April.
                      3. They have taken my outdoor unit with them in July for gas filling.
                      4. At the end of July they have installed my outdoor unit and then they have taken my indoor unit for checking.
                      5. Now they are telling that my PCB of Outdoor unit is damaged.

                      may I know if that was the issue then why they don't have informed me during 1st check when they have taken it with them in July.

                      Sir, It is a matter of creating issues & collecting huge amount from customer. Your service center is playing game with me. This is not fair.

                      Please interfere in this issue and resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                        I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with two air-conditioner i've bought from voltas. The first model r51m/bgce bought in june 2016 was leaking a week after installation and had to be repaired. Second year also i paid 3000 inr for gas and repair. Now the third year, apparently the fan/or some back unit has to be replaced as well for total price of 6000. I was sold a unit with aluminum filter which is not repairable, and now they will replace it with copper.in 2 years, i've paid over 10k for service, repairs and even then it is the most disappointing product. Why does the customer has to suffer when your products were being tested with aluminum vs copper. Window ac also had a fault and it took over 5k to repair that as well. Extremely disappointed with the worst quality of products and expensive follow up service. I've a videocon and bluestar ac and i've never spent more than 1k on service and cleaning every year, and they still works remarkably better than voltas. Will never purchase a voltas ac again!

                          Two window acs 1.5 ton were picked up from residence for repairs on 16 apr 19 for repairs, by km services, chirag delhi, new delhi.
                          Estimate given by service centre is that two cooling if coil coils need replacement. Cost of each coil given in estimate is rd 3800 each. It seems excessive. Will be grateful if the cost can be reviewed at corporate office.
                          Moreover, if coil is being replaced, old coils should also be returned to me

                            I bought a voltas 1.5 ton split ac for my hone address a 34 maharani enclave uttam nagar nd 110059.
                            During the installation of the product as the engineer you sent has done it with extreme carelessness. He damaged a big portion of my wall on which the ac is put. He does not use the complete set of installation products by company.
                            Its took me two days to get the repair done and costed me roughly 1400 rs.
                            My installation was not free of cost and i paid rs 2250 to the engineer for which i got a message of 1500 instead.
                            I availed a paid installation service from the company and still the work has resulted in financial and time loss for me.
                            I am attaching the photos of damages. Unused items and reapirwork i had to go through.
                            Kindly do the needful and take relevant action for my loss.

                              My voltas split a/c which was purchased on 19th june 2015. The registration of the a/c was done right after the purchase. Although, the phone number linked to the registration is no longer handy as i have moved to a different city.

                              The a/c's compressor has failed. Under the 5 year warranty and t&c applied by the company this should be covered for free. The repairs and services have only been performed by voltas executives.

                              I am currently in indore where the centre is unnecessarily requesting for a message that was received post registration. They are saying the warranty will only be claimed if the message is showed. How do you expect me to keep that save for 3 years? And my registered no. Is no longer with me.

                              This had been purchased thru amazon. I have all bills and my most recent service request no. Is [protected]

                              I am disappointed with the response given by the company. This was not expected.

                                I have purchased 1.5 ton split ac and has 2nd free service due by 13 april 2019. I have sent a message to on 3rd march for servicing and no one came to do the samr.
                                When i checked with service centre they created a request and said its resolved in telephone call..
                                I am now being told to pay for the service.
                                Why shud i pay when i have requested for the same in the month of march 2019.

                                  When switch on, trip occured in meter box and the entire light, fan etc has been off (I. E entire electricity line was not working) and ac not working.                                       I was complaining since 10 days to the voltas company about the noise coming from my ac and they were giving a contact number of agencies again and again. But no one is picking my call. Sometimes a person belonged to any agency gave me false promises to send the technician and forced me to give false statement to his techincian otherwise he will not come. These all are company's responsibility to look after these things. [protected] this is number of that person who was promising me since 7 days before named as ram.
                                      [protected] this number also has been given by voltas company and he was never attended my call.
