[Resolved] Voltas — p3 error in inverter ac

I purchased my voltas inverter ac few months back but started using it only last week. First day itself showed p3 error after one hour running and compressor did not work. Complained in voltas and tech checked and said loose connection. Next day same error. This time tech asked to change to double booster stabiliser. Done and again same error. Now tech says he doesn't know what to do. What am i supposed to do if you don't know how to rectify the problem. This is one of 5 acs 1.5 ton in the block. All are running fine with ordinary stabiliser while mine is not inspire of double booster. How can you blame the electricity fluctuations for this?
