[Resolved] Voltas — pathetic service by voltas customer care | |
I have purchased voltas 1ton split ac with stabiliser on 02.04.18. unfortunately the copper pipe was stolen from our house last month. So the ac was not working. I lodged a complaint on 11.05.18. local authorised dealer of voltas took the ac to workshop. Then after numerous phone calls and repeated mails, they have returned the ac. But during gas refilling they said that compressor is not working and should be replaced. Also to my utter surprise they told that I have to pay for compressor inspite of my extended 5year warranty...when I argued with them, they kept the defective ac and went. Since then nobody is coming to solve the issue. The customer care team is worthless.they don't even know what to answer. Buying a voltas product is the biggest mistake of my life..
